This has been my go to for pizza & subs since I was told about them when I moved to this side of town almost 6 years ago. The 3... stars is based on THIS experience because they were 5 in my book prior. I ordered the big...Super I think they call it..Italiansub like usual. delivery as I mostly do. Got here quickly, tipped the driver almost $3 because I ALWAYS tip and try to do it incash only to open my sub and it was the regular NOT the Super. I called to let them know and I was told I only paid for theregular so he could give me $3 off my next order. No attempt to even look up my previous orders, no apology, no I could pay thedifference and they would send what I ACTUALLY ORDERED. I'll be finding somewhere else to get my subs and pizza from. Outstanding pizza! Proof positive that you don't need a brick oven to make world class pizza.
Good service. Good pizza. Unfortunately they also had really good meatball subs and now I see they?ve taken them off their menu... (even though the Noe-Bixby location which doesn?t deliver still offers the sub). That was really all I ordered from thereanymore and they were a convenient half mile away down the road. Used to be good for buying 2-3 at a time to get me through aday or so, spent a good $35+ per trip including good tips to the delivery driver. Great pizza, great people and customer services. This place as always been good but lately even better.
Ordered 3 item with extra cheese on top opened box no extra cheese the lil girl was very rude told me we weigh it out so I asked... when a customer request they do t get extra cheese she told me she's not in mood to argue . Bottom line they lost a customer dueto her lack of customer service pizza clearly has no extra cheese and I still paid for it. Picture included of regular pizza.The 2 young folks that was there with her was in disbelief of her towards me. But this place is going on foodies list inColumbus to beware. Read more
I love love LOVE Ange's. Their food is delicious... They have the PERFECT hours... They have affordable prices... The location... is great... The shop is NEVER dirty when I go there and lastly the staff. I have never ever 1 time had ANY type of complaintabout the staff there. They are ALL extremely friendly and very courteous. Tonight was the first time I ever had any type of"thing" happen with them... I always place orders online and some how they missed it. I wish I knew the girls name but I thinkshe may be a manager and (she's ALWAYS there lol) but she gave me a can of pop & a small bag of Doritos for free since I had towait. And then when I got home and lifted the box top to my pizza MAN WAS I HAPPY! You can see in the picture (I got hungry onthe way home ????) that she hooked me up with a lil extra... What she did was TRUE customer service. I will recommend Ange's inWhitehall to everyone and as long as they are there I will ALWAYS get my pizzas from there. Thanks Ange's ???????? Read more
Very disappointed that my pizza came incorrect. Between the internet and the store we are stuck with an inedible pizza. I... normally call my order but decided to do it online. I will call from now on. Stuck with a $20.00 unedible pizza. ????????????. I will always order from anges but today's mistake is disappointing. Read more
