Ordered on the Chipotle app for pickup since its always wrong when we order delivery. It took 25 mins longer than the original... pickup time before someone randomly came from the back with the order... and the food was wrong. They charge $5+ dollars forextra protein and they didn't even give the regular portion, let alone the extra. We were also missing multiple toppings overthe 3 entrees we ordered. The chipotle app customer service gave a limited time 1 free entree but didn't want to address any ofthe other complaints. This location has gone downhill so much over the years. I ordered online and I will never do that again. My order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. I had to wait another 15... minutes and then my bowl was only half full. The next time I will just stand in line and get a full salad bowl Read more
I don't mind Chipotle their food is normally decent. But this time I went in and one of the employees were rude and didn't like... that I said for the kids meal not getting cheese was literally a huge handful of cheese. My son said he didn't want not muchcheese because it was just way too much and if he could have some lettuce and they said only one or the other so he asked forlettuce and they just put anything little container and didn't take the cheese out. Okay that's not that big of a deal so shepushed the food to the register and we weren't even done our order and she started doing someone else. I swore I wouldn't go here again but it's the closest one to my house and I wanted some. The customer service ALWAYS sucks. The... lady went outside came back in DID NOT was her hands and put gloves on and started working. My food was made so sloppy and theman said well u did get double sour cream ummmm excuse me sir you are the burrito expert smh. I waited to place my order while3-4 ppl all looked at something on the unwashed hand ladies phone. This used to be a good place to grab my fav food. First time come for grab a launch on this location my usual meal vegan. I constantly aware the employee whom sorting my... preference and as she was going give me a guacamole I see sprinkle of cheese on and I ask to get me from the back hence I amallergic to dairy product. Instead of getting what I ask or explain me she doesn?t have, she respond me with an attitude. Ivisit Chipotle an average of 4 times a week and never see such worst service. Instead of explaining me, she went to the backgossip about me. Along my leave I ask for her name, Cory Cunningham whom called him self also Manager came with no felt sory forwhat happen but interrupte the casher and told me that can?t pass her name. Not every customer can grub what you place on yourtray. There are some needs a few of it. Its exactly what you'd expect for chipotle. Some people live it but I'm not a.c huge fan. The chafing dish mix up specialties... dont have me too thrilled. I do like their chips and salsa. You do get a large heaping of food mashed up together for a decentprice. I think everything tastes the same and it's kind of weird. But the place is clean. Service is fast. Read more
Very awful, awkward and bad experience that I ever experienced in US. I went there last night round 7:30 to order food for a... pregnant friend. The staffs are very unprofessional. They don?t help each other to help customers instead they help each otherto yell and mistreat, expel customers. The guy taking the order discriminate to take and serve customers. He purposefully draghimself and pretend as if he was cleaning while the line is long and there were other employees including a short Latino guythat could help but doing nothing except to jump and yell at me when I told them I was in hurry as I need to take the food for apatient.
