I arrived and wanted to go inside to order at the counter. The lobby was closed. I spoke to an employee outside and I inquired... about chicken tender orders. He informed me that they were out if tenders which is the only reason we went there. You are achicken restaurant and only sell one thing and can't keep it in stock. I almost ordered via Door Dash. I hate to think what Iwould have to do to get my money back because the app still let's you order items even if out of stock. Wish I had read somereviews before going. I ordered chicken online and when we get there they inform us they don't have the chicken so I expected them to just cancel the... order and he says he can't so now I am having g to fight to get my $48.00 dollars back from their corporate offices!! This isridiculous that every time we go to this place there is a problem!!! So basically they took my money and i got NOTHING!!! Pleasetake my advice and stay away from this restaurant!! Visited this store on a Sunday and the line moved pretty quickly. When ordering, we were told they were out of several items.... This made ordering different, but it wasn?t a problem as the person in the intercom was very apologetic and respectful. Thenarriving at the window, the man was still professional even after telling him the order was wrong. He fixed what he couldwithout any issues. They still made it wrong again but he was genuinely trying and that was worth the missing items Read more
I'm not sure how this place is in business. We placed an order online to be picked up at 12:30. When we show up there is a sign... on the door that they will open at 1:00 pm. Since we already paid online, we wait for them to open. Once they open, we areinformed it will be another 45 minutes. Since we only get 1 hour for lunch, that doesn't work for us. We ask for a refund andthey tell us we will need to do that online. When I get back to the office to get a refund, the online system won't let uscancel the order. I try calling directly and it goes straight to voicemail. I can't leave a message because the mailbox isfull. So I'm out $27 and I'm not able to get a refund. First time trying to have Church's Chicken. I guess I will never know ifthe food is good. EDIT: Since I can't reply to your generic response. OMG? When you come home and go somewhere for dinner you think it will be good but we ask for spicy you get all mild OK ? I can... deal with that but when the chicken feel like a rock that you have to throw it all away that is totally unacceptable thischurches went down used to be good but now it is totally horrible that is a waste of $30 and I have to go somewhere else fordinner. No stars for this place. 1pm on a Sunday they were out of white meat and spicy. After 20 mins(yes that long) in drive thruand... after I paid, I was advised they were out of corn. Employee was either too lazy or didn't know how to issue refund. Still forgotpart of my order and there was in biscuit which was supposed to be automatically included. Never again. Use another location ora competitor. Read more
