I decided to go to Long John Silvers because I hadn't been in a while. Sadly the food wasn't so great. I ordered the chicken... planks that were overly done and a bit dry. Initially, we came for authentic Root Beer, advertised outside, Worst fast food experience in my lifetime.. Slow, an employee... needed help and they left him on his own, inconsistent food times.. Mismanaged and workers were fighting among themselves. Read more
Over cooked food. They gave me chicken instead of fish in the fish n shrimp basket. Took my receipt then tried to make me keep... the cold food and only replace the 2 fish. RUDE and arguing the while time. Messed the order up again TWICE before I left. Read more
Ordered two platters from here a week ago. Got back to work, to only realize they forgot our fries and gave us ketchup instead... of cocktail sauce. I called and spoke to a manager, I let them know I was not mad but it was too far to come back at the moment.The manager took my name and gave me her name as well, told me that I can just come back, give them my name and get the correctmeals for free. I go back to only be told that the manager doesn't work there anymore and that I wasn't getting my meals. All ofthe workers seemed to have a attitude with everyone ahead of me as well. Ordered 3 chicken meal, got attitude when had to correct them from making it fish (not sure how ?chicken meal? sounds like ?fish... meal? maybe the speaker at the drive thru is bad). Ordered a large root beer. Was told they didn?t have any shakes. Pulledaround, was handed a root beer float (costs a dollar more which I was charged, have a dairy allergy, plus no shakes but theyhave ice cream to give out a float?). Took a long time to complete my order and I made sure to check it well before I pulledaway?I order cole slaw and corn for the sides and got slaw and fries. Told the attendant this and she immediately was defensivesaying ?Sir I TOLD you we were out of corn.? When I pointed out that no, she only said they were out of shakes and nothing aboutthe corn, she just shrugged and said ?We?ll we?re out of corn so what do you want?? I was too frustrated with the attitude andslow, poor service I was getting for no good reason to even argue about getting my dollar back for being overcharged for thefloat. I just left at that point. Not ONCE did I even get a basic ?sorry about that? from the attendant at the drive thru, sheseemed to just be having a bad day and taking it out on me. I was fine with things missing and waiting for my food; what turnedme INTO an angry customer was her behaving like I was one the moment I pulled up to order. I know service workers have it toughbut I wasn?t making it hard on her, she made it harder for herself not listening and being rude. Do not recommend.
