The food here is consistent from location to location which is great however what makes this establishment stand out are... Brittney and Mike. Wonderful people and extremely friendly. They enjoy helping the customers and taking there time with yourneeds. I dont feel rushed like I have at other places and feel like I'm cared about which other locations I've been to it's likehow fast can they get me through this line. Brittney is quick but also conversational which is great. I always go inside andhope to see either of these two individuals and when I do it puts me in a better mood. Awesome!!! I stayed away for YEARS when I lived out of state. I decided to give it a try for family night in Columbus, and my... family absolutely loved it!!! The cashier was awesome, nice, patient, and took time to explain the menu options and the dealsthat would work for my family and those within my family with certain allergies!!! Thank you! Read more
Giving two stars bc food still tasted good, however the portions were next to nothing. Ordered a plate and barley got any... noodles and rice. I typically order a plate and split it with my son and have some still left over. Neither of us could get afull meal out of this and had to make sandwiches afterwards to fulfill what panda didn?t today. Read more
Giving 3 stars for the wait. Food was very hot. Looked appetizing, on the way home so will see how it taste. Orange chicken and... chow mein Broccoli steak, orange chicken and chow mean. Update food was good but the texture of the chow mein is an acquiredtexture never seen this chow mein texture accept at Panda. Read more
The absolute WORST Panda Express I?ve ever had. The rice was hard and the chicken had no sauce. I order honey walnut shrimp and... it was the most disappointing of the three. The coating on the shrimp was completely gone and the ?sauce? was just mush coveredin oil. All of the food looked like it had been sitting for hours. This joint on point foreal. It's good, fast, and affordable. The service is cool too. They let you sample stuff which is cool... because the food choices have a wide range. Everything is made fresh from fresh ingredients prior to being put on the heatingtrays. They cycle through ingredients quite quickly so every dish is warm enough to not need heating trays. The food and saucesare darn good and you can try something different eve if you go frequently. Read more
After the third time I've ordered from this restaurant and the order was incorrect. And, after notifying uber eats and calling... the restaurant without getting any assistance, I've decided to write this review with pictures. In short I ordered the broccolibrief and orange chicken. My two sides where fried rice and mixed vegetables. When I opened the box it was over half full withbroccoli. The broccoli was placed in the lid as I looked for beef. Underneath all the broccoli was a very, very, small amount offat and gravy with a few parts of cabbage and 1 part of piece zucchini, 3 parts of kale. The fried rice and orange chicken wherenormal portions. In short it looks like they where out of beef and mixed vegetables. So, a double order of broccoli wassubstituted. Read more
They didn?t have a menu item yet it was advertised as they did. My order was rushed, food was warm not hot and and the sizes... were portions as if made for a child?s plate. This is the second time this has happened so I more than likely will not bereturning to this location. Read more
