Pizza here is solid, stuffed crust has improved a bit because before it was very flabby pizza but now it has gotten a lot... better, very tasty. The pan pizza is honestly better though, very tasty bottom. The wings and breadsticks are the best,consistently good, honey bbq wings very delectable and breadsticks have good flavors along with having a solid crunch at thebottom. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years. I ordered a pizza tonight at 10:07 and when I went to pick it up at 10:30 the girl said they... were closed and she had no orders. They close at 11. She obviously just wanted to close up early. If not, they need to changetheir hours online so people don't waste their time. Terrible. I'm not too upset because the drive thru window was FILTHY! Ordered online around 7 p.m.....got a confirmation which read pizza will be delivered in 360 minutes....6 hrs..and the store is... 4 minutes up the street. Called multiple times for 2 hours to change to pick up....no one would answer. I stayed on hold for 10minutes each time. And the pizza never showed up at 1a.m. as predicted. So no pizza hut for my family. Thankfully papa johnscame thru no problem! Seems a lot of issues are happening at this location. Read more
When we went to pick up lur order the store was closed. I spent over an hour on the phone talking with your complaint... department which could not give me a refund (what exactly is it that they do?) I was informed that someone would be calling mewithin 30 days (yes that is THIRTY DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL AND GIVE ME A REFUND) . First of all why did the website accept anorder for a closed location? Second why have a customer care department that has no ability to resolve an issue? You couldsave your company a lot of money by shutting down thcall center in the Philippines. They were absolutely no help. Read more
This has to be the strangest pizza hut store ever. They have a drive through. Who does that? They got our order wrong but it... was the best stuffed crust cheese pizza I didnt want. It was so good but so wrong, like my childhood. These guys frequently getorders wrong and have great pizza deals for stuff you didnt order. It's like they purposely screw up orders to give you a betterdeal so you come back. I love it! Read more
Normally I wouldn't say anything negative about this pizza hut location but today I placed an order of two medium pizzas and... three order of wings. All of the chicken. Appeared to be burnt(darker than normal chicken would be. O ) with little to nosauce. (Buffalo, garlic parmasean and honey BBQ) I called to have them replace it and the so called manager laughed and in asarcastic tone said nothing was wrong with the chicken the grease was old. I asked if they could replace the grease or go buysome and make a new order and he then told me thats all they had and could not go buy any and wish it was that easy,they have touse the grease from the company,seriously... He refused to come pick the chicken and refund so I had to go pick it up and bringthe chicken as well. Read more
We ordered thin crust, 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni...tasted excellent. We don't have Pizza Hut in our town in Pennsylvania.
