Overcooked food. This is not the first time that this location served food like this.
Was there after 1am. The guy was sweet as hell, but we both forgot my soda. I took my loaded fries and put them on some lettuce... and added croutons. The chicken bites are not good to me. I ate the fries tho. Read more
8/25/22 around 11:15 I waited for like 5 or 10 minutes for somebody to ask what do I want and there were no cars in front of me.... So as I'm waiting I have the window rolled down and I can hear employees talking outside in the back as if nobody is waiting atthe drive thru. I ordered a fish sandwich and a Rally Burger the two for $4 got home and it was a fish sandwich and a chickensandwich. ???? Read more
Everytime I go to this location something is always wrong with my order and they are rude! This time I can?t even eat my chicken... because it?s rock hard and hollow!! Avoid this location at all cost. They don?t make it fresh and apparently just cook it overand over to keep it ? hot ?. Read more
I placed an order through the online platform for their family meal deal 4 burgers 4 drinks and 4 fries I got to the restaurant... and waited behind 1 person in line for over 10 minutes and then when I got to the window it was another 5 before I received myfood. I asked about the fries and was told they were not part of the order. I pulled around so I could check the app to makesure I had not read it wrong, and I had not. I pulled back around to advise that I was supposed to have fries with my order. Theassistant manager said she wasn't going to give me the fries and did not care what the app said because that's not what it saidon her ticket. I requested a refund and gave them their food back, she said as an assistant manager she could not issue a refundand I would have to come in tomorrow morning to request a refund. She also refused to provide me with the store number and saidI could look it up. Read more
The fries are always great. They were out of burgers though I'm not sure how that happens but they are always out of something. ... It's usually ice cream. If you are ok with just frys theirs are great!! Read more
Worst rallys ive ever been to. They mess up my order everytime i come here, management needs to be fired.
Staff has claimed they only have two employees working so they don't want business. This is twice now over the last few months... they cussed out customers and told us to leave because they are overworked. I'm surprised this location is still open.
