I like roosters. I've been often. But mixing all the sauces is weird. I explicitly wrote out my order and wanted 7 different... sauces. She assumed I wanted them all mixed and mixed the first 3, the mixed the next 3 and one regular. In the end it wasfine, but man, every time! Food is good though. Read more
Was hungry for my favorite Wings. It was a carry out. I didn't realize b that they gave me the wings with the hot rub. I wanted... the wings with the hot sauce. The error was my fault- I must not have been specific when I ordered The wings were fried crispyas I requested. They have the best wings in the city. I am a big Roosters fan from Vegas. This was my first time at this location in Columbus. Overall experience was satisfying.... Server Mary B was patient, and sweet. I had an issue with my food and manager( short, pretty, blond- Caucasian lady) whom Iunfortunately didn't get her name. Fixed my issue right away with great customer service. I would be back again! Nice fat plump juicy crispy tasty wings. This place always has good wings. They have deals throughout the week too. The service... is acceptional and they are concise. I almost always love coming to this roosters location. We have been coming here for years. Super disappointed in the manager... who was working the night of Sunday 11/6. You had a server who was being harassed by regulars who where clearly loud andintoxicated. They made disparaging remarks about her presumed race and attempted (may have succeeded) to grab her on severaloccasions. While the manager kicked the main offender out, she allowed the rest to stay even tho they were making her serveruncomfortable. Multiple tables checked in on the server who was amazing and clearly not okay. The manager even told the restof the table that ?they were fine? and it ?wasn?t their fault? and brought them another pitcher of beer. Worst of all she madethe server continue to take that table. Unforgivable, your job as a manager isn?t just to make money, it?s to protect yourstaff and the business itself. Read more
