Last time I dined at this location was a few years ago and it wasnt a pleasant experience hints the few years back. I simply... stopped going bc it seemed every time I went I'd sit in the drive through for 30 minutes. Yes there were about 8-10 vehicles infront of me bc I'd come around 11pm or midnight but it's not the wait I mind bc I know the employees are inside working hard.The issue I had and why I quit going to this location was bc after the wait I'd get someone elses order completely, have itemsmissing, and/or not prepared correctly. HOWEVER the individuals working this location now are AMAZING. The woman talking to mewas very nice and lovely to talk to. Everyone I could see had a big smile. The best part is my order was Perfect and I do meanperfect. I opened up everything and it looked like the commercials I see. Nothing was mashed and damaged. This is the BEST Taco Bell in central Ohio. PERIOD. You will rarely have an issue with an order at this location, especially... before 6pm. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is excellent. The managers do their job very well here. I would driveout of the way just to eat at this location. Even when it is super busy, you still wont have an issue, and it will be fast,friendly service. Highly recommend coming here if you're in the mood for Taco Bell! Read more

Today I came here with my daughters, God daughter and my mom. We just came from the dog park and wanted to grab a bite to eat.... We ordered a lot and it was done super fast and accurate. Normally This Taco Bell is awesome but this evening the food was not that great. The two cinnamon balls I got were stale and... hard. The chalupa was also stale.
