Nice restaurant, good food, awful Manager; his name was Martin. We have not been to Bonefish for about 6 months, and my husband... and I were looking forward to our visit. I ordered the sirloin steak and 5 Jumbo shrimp; unfortunately, the shrimp were NOTJumbo; medium shrimp is a more accurate description (perhaps the size of a quarter). Nothing bothers me more when patronizing aneatery than false descriptions of the food! I asked for the manager; however, he never arrived so I took a picture of the 3shrimps I had left (see pic). The server brought our check and I requested the manager for the 2nd time. He finally arrived atour table; he was very uninterested in what I had to say about the size of the shrimp. He stated he would give someone myfeedback regarding removing the verbiage "Jumbo" in the shrimp's description... and that was that, he was gone. We paid ourbill with two gift cards and a credit card. When we were given the receipt to sign there were FIVE receipts to sign (see pic),and my credit card was not included/returned. I spotted Martin, (the manager) sitting at the bar, so I approached him. He waseating a huge Ribeye steak; no wonder he wasn't interested in my puny shrimps! I asked as to why I had to sign 5 receipts andalso informed him that my credit card was not returned. He responded, "You don't have to sign all of them"... Me: "Then why wasI asked to?" Then we discovered my credit card was placed away with the gift cards; SHEESH, that has NEVER happened to usbefore! From our experience, it would seem that they need a new Manager! A Manager that is more interested in their customersand their experience, rather than a Manager (Martin) who is more interested in his own experience and his own meal! Read more
Very nice time tonight! We ordered a daily special that had scallop scampi and a shrimp skewer - I asked for it blackened for... the extra kick of spice. We also ordered the tuna poke bowl and the macadamia brownie for dessert. We received excellentservice, everything was seasoned nicely and cooked well. We also enjoyed the smoked old fashioned. Our waitress was helpful andattentive. We will be back. Also -we would love to see more sides offered and the option to have a side salad with the meal. Read more
Best thing on the menu to me is the bang bang shrimp. Since it was not my first time at this establishment, I will say the food... is ok. OK enough to go back. The drinks were decent. I had a watermelon martini and it was pretty good. The service was good.Thanks Jayda. Read more
Amazing!!. The food was delicious. The hot food items were hot and the cold food items were cold. The bang bang shrimp was so... yummy. And my frozen sangria...aa..I couldn't stop sipping on it and gave myself brain freeze. Everything from the bread to ourdessert choice of cheesecake was perfection. And our waiter, whose name I don't recall, was patient with us. We took a whiledeciding on our entrees and then we got them to go. Kudos to the staff at this bonefish. Everyone was professional, everythingwas clean and even though they were very busy we were not rushed. Other restaurants should offer the same professionalism andcleanliness. I do realize my partner and I are patient and polite and that does effect how we were treated. We never have a baddining experience at this Bonefish Grill. It's always at the top of our list. Came here to celebrate a birthday for lunch the staff was awesome and the food was to die for I'm definitely coming back for... dinner and or happy hour our server Jamee was the best, they have specials every week so make sure to check them too as thisitems are not in the regular menu Read more
I always hear so much about the BangBang shrimp so i had to try it. It was so good had a little kick to it of spice. The service... was excellent and the food was very delicious. The waiter kept checking on us to see how everything was and if we neededanything which is always plus. The only thing that I had to say is the calamari was a little salty. My husband loved the salmonwith the crab meat on top. The fish tacos were really good as well. Definitely would go back here again to try somethingdifferent. The prices were good as well. Read more
There was literally no wait,and people were not required to wear mask & or get their temperature taken. I was with a party of... three and the waitress handled our orders expeditiously. She was attentive, and helpful with the orders taken for our food. Abit of a wait but all worth it, as the dinning area grew. The food was hot and everything was scrumptious! We didn't havedesert, due to our travels. But would definitely Indulge on our next visit. Read more
Great dining experience, enjoyed ourselves with some wine and fancy foods. The bread with olive oil and seasonings was really... good along with the bruger, the salmon and the dumplings. Plenty of options, definitely worth checking out! Read more
