I recently went to this Burger King on my half hour lunch since I go to school 1 building over. The dining room is almost always... closed due to "staff shortages" but will be open with the same number of employees the next day. I went through thedrive-through and when I asked for a burger with No bun and extra lettuce (I was ordering for my mother and she cannot havegluten in any form) and the lady at the drive thru who I believe is a team lead in this location told me "No we can't do thatbecause I don't know how to punch it into the system." For one I have never been told "No" so bluntly at a Burger King in mylife, secondly not only did this woman begin to give me an attitude, but she gave me a burnt chicken sandwich and out of spitegave me a diet coke when I asked for cherry coke, and I know it was intentional, because they didn't put ice in it at myrequest, meaning they read my order and gave me the wrong thing purposefully. On top of all of that I drove away beforerealizing that they hadn't given me my receipt. Incredibly disrespectful and by far the worst service I've ever seen in a fastfood restaurant in my life. Arrived to drive thru on a Saturday mid-Day. I was the 3rd car. I must have been online for 15 minutes and that was just to... order at the intercom. I waited another 10 minutes to pick up my food. I'm sure there may have been 2 employees working. I feelbad for them. As a chain, more and more seem to close. To bad as when the food is fresh, always better tasting thanMcDonald's. However, I wouldn't try myself to go back to the Whitehall, PA location on McArthur Highway. The burgers seemedcooked earlier and not fresh (just 2 cheeseburgers ordered). Read more
Can I give a -5 stars? Worst experience at a fast food place, EVER!!! After the lady asked us to hold for a minute at the drive... through, we waited for around 12 minutes. Finally pulled around to the window to see what was going on. The horrid attitude of awoman that was working the drive through was very rude. The employees or whatever you want to call them completely sucked attheir job, it?s no wonder they?re always hiring people. They must want the place to shut down, just like the public does. What awretched place, we will never go back there again.We ended up going to the Burger King on 309 and was in and out in less than 5minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Read more
Not even a one star. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. 3 employees and nobody even looked at us at all. not one word . Just... ignored us completely. If this were my restaurant 3 people would be out of a job. We went inside because we have an hour driveand wanted to eat inside. Read more
I love Burger King but for whatever reason, this shift, this day, it took me 25 minutes to get my food and I was first in line... at the drive through. Not exactly fast. Otherwise, food is as you would expect. Read more
its was late at night and work a double shift and need something fast to get.. Guy working front register was very helpful and... fast with service.. just don't know name ,just remember talking about family members about redskins football team. But anyway awhy better improvement with service there and in and out in no time. Read more
The food here was amazing! I especially loved the original chicken sandwich and the impossible whopper. I also like the fact... that's they're open very late into the night for those people who like to snack at midnight. Read more
Absolutely Disgusting! I walked in and hoped they would ask me my order Right away but instead I waited 10 Minutes to order my... food it was like they didn?t even notice I walked in.
