What?s with this location serving half empty fries? Every time I come to this location and get an order of fries no matter the... size there?s half the fries in the container. I?ve gone to other locations and never had this issue so I?m not sure if it?s amanagement thing or a lazy worker, regardless it?s wrong. Every time I come to this Location my Fries ARE NEVER HOT or Fresh ! They are always hard , cold and old ! Even for my baby kids... meal! They have to do better at this location. 0 stars if I could. Read more
I'm not just rating this 5 stars because it's easy, I mean it. I had an absolutely fantastic experience from the person who took... my order to the person who was tending to the tables. Jesse at the counter and Chief was checking in with us at our table andcleaning up. Customer service is top notch, I really felt like they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food ofcourse was fantastic and the chicken was very very good, I see what all the hype is about. It was actually my first time goingto a Chick-fil-A, and I will be going again for sure. I am always reminded by my first bite of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich why they simply are the best! Great food, and friendly staffers... that wait on you! The owner of this franchise is extremely lucky to have his patron Ambassador named Chief! This gentlemanbrings a lot of pleasantries with his interaction with the guests! When the Manager/Owner is there very solid service and food.. When he is not there.. TOTAL MAYHEM. The kids do not care and... MUST be purposely screwing customers.. They confirm the order and then screw it up.. EVERY TIME.. I have Lost faith in therestaurant and IF I go back.. I will have to check my order and hold the staff accountable myself.. Wow just wow! You order and they bring your food to you. There are several other employees that I think are hosts/customer... service members that go around and refill your drinks, remove empty food containers, have small talk and make you feelcomfortable and attend to your needs. I have never had this type of experience in a fast food restaurant. This is the first timeeating in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Had ordered and someone else picked up my food. I never remember anytime I had a badexperience with the food I received. I wonder if other Chick-fil-A restaurants are like like this or is it just particular tothis one. I love Chic-fil-a, but the quality of the sandwiches at this location is inconsistent at best. The fries are always undercooked.... Worst of all, the last time I ate at this location, I got food poisoning that was severe for several days and had lingeringeffects for months. I would avoid this location at all costs.
