the employees are nice but that manager is trash. I had to wait for chicken to be done, which was no big deal. I did not mind... waiting. an employee was cutting the chicken after it came off the grill. the manager came over to the girl cutting and thefirst piece of chicken to be cut, went into a bowl for the manager to eat. while me, a paying customer, waited??? also it was 5o'clock (they don't close until 10) there were no veggies and no plans on making more. The worst chipotle ever!! Those employees have no sort of manners whatsoever. I was with my family and the kids were dressed up... for Halloween. I was with my mom and her english is not so great but they laughed when she tried speaking to them. They justkept laughing and making side comments like if nobody heard them. The girl in the register was so disrespectful and taking offher hat like if she wanted to fight. The other two guys just kept laughing. My entire order was incorrect, I ordered lunch for myself and a few coworkers. Every. Single. Item. Was incorrect. This is not... the first time my online order was completely wrong. Once before I ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken and there was notany chicken in the bowl?. There is no one to contact to resolve the issue or receive a refund. This location has given me nothing but problems. The staff is always very rude and my most recent visit is why I will not be... returning. The card reader was having problems and they changed it to cash only as my friends and I were paying. I asked thegirl behind the register what I could do if I don?t have cash and she turned to her boss and said ?I can?t deal with her? andwalked away. Just because I said I didn?t have cash. No one reacted or apologized and no one around me knew what to say becauseof how awkward it was for her to say such a thing to her boss in front of a customer. I?ve had problems here in the past withthem closing early and having to get refunds for online orders I already placed and they are frequently out of supplies. We ordered online. Delivery was slow. Food cold, when should have at least been warm, also ordered was wrong on all bowls. Some... of order was missing. Tried calling could NOT get a live person, tried to get a response online with absolutely no success, thenit said to call the place- that's funny since no one answers and it's just a recording. Order was messed up. Then went inperson, which defeats the purpose of ordering online!! Then they say they are out of chips and guacamole. They would not do anyrefunds there for the other half of our order for their complete screw up, they said to go back online and request. Never againordering from this place. Extremely dirty and unkempt. Went on a very slow Friday night. Only one other patron in front of me. The restaurant only had one... couple eating at a hightop. There were at least 4 workers in the store behind the counter. The drink station was filthy and hadno lids for cups. The floors and tables had food, debris and crumbs everywhere you looked and the trash at the exit wasridiculously overflowing with garbage in the bins filled to capacity and bags piled on top. All of the workers had absolutely no customer service capabilities. They were loudly swearing, yelling at each other, and... screwed up our order 4 or 5 times.
