Absolutely horrible service 25 min for a coffee while employees vape inside Pathetic managers apparently as they watched this.... And then they watched me walk out without my order said nothing just watch me walk out as they heard me complaining. This particular location has such friendly staff that they?re already making my drink when I walk in the door! They?re also... cheaper than some locations and now I feel like I was overcharged at other Dunkin? Donuts so I will always continue to go here. Read more
