I was a bit disappointed with this Olive Garden location. We used the Olive Garden app to get on the waiting list which said... 25-35 minutes. It took us 30 minutes to get there and when my wife entered the restaurant and told them we were on thewaitlist, they said that we still had a 20 minute wait. Then about a minute later, someone else called our name, saying thatour table was ready, and then I get the text message saying the table was ready. Odd. Anyways we get seated and a waitresstakes our drink order and then returns with breadsticks and our beverages. We order, and she brings us our salad and morebreadsticks. As a new table is seated next to us, we enjoy our salad and all is well. Still waiting for our food, we ask foranother bowl of salad and get that, since it's taking a while for our food. After about twenty minutes, the table next to us,who was seated ten minutes after us, receive their food, and we still waited ten more minutes for ours! Thank goodness for theextra salad, but that was odd about the order of food delivery. I should probably mention that the ice water tasted odd at thislocation, but I guess that may just be something with the city water supply. (I'd put a filter system on the water supply if itwas my restaurant.) Our food finally arrived and most of it was fine, but I wasn't really happy with mine. I had the Chickenand Shrimp Carbonara, and was not happy with the sauce. From the description and picture shown on the menu, I wasn't expectingthe sauce to be basically a heavy alfredo sauce. There was so much of this sauce, it overpowered all of the flavors. Iexpected to taste the bacon and the roasted red peppers, but all I tasted was the ton of alfredo-like sauce. The rest of myfamily enjoyed their meals, so I was the only disappointed one. Breadsticks were well done. Asked for fresh ones and they were more burnt. My shells were good. My sister's Asiago Alfredo... tasted weird to her. The Chicken Alfredo my bro-in-law had didn't have enough sauce. Overall, mediocre food and okay service. Read more

I've been to this particular location a few times now. Twice I dined alone and once with a large group. I never usually receive... that great of service dining alone (which was the case the 1st time I was here). This trip, however, was different. Kudos to myserver. She was excellent and I made sure I tipped accordingly. The food was good. I loved the shrimp fritta appetizer. If youlike spice, i recommend it. The Italian rum punch was delicious (the bartender was not playing around with the alcohol). Iordered 2. I asked for my chicken scampi with extra garlic and they did as I requested. When I asked for extra dressing for mysalad, I was also obliged. My food was nicely spaced out and timed. I did not feel rushed. Read more
