We ordered 2 pizzas which took about 45 minutes til we got our food. The app said the food was ready 10 minutes after ordering,... but was nowhere to be found. We waited and tried to be patient since there were a lot of customers inside. The people who gotcounter service had already eaten their meals and left and we still had no food! We couldn't wait any longer and we asked whatwas going on. They said they don't have any pizza dough. Our order got tossed aside and marked as done and we were nevernotified. We then got offered a new meal, and as we were deciding what to order, pizza dough magically appeared from theback... who knows where that was. The new pizzas were out within 10 mins and we got a free pizza and 2 pastries. It was a niceoffer, but it won't change our poor experience. This place is really going downhill. So they forget one soup when it was supposed to be 2 soups. I noticed when I got home, then I call and the guy tells me he can... send a DoorDash with my other soup, and takes down my address. 1 hour and 30 minutes later , no soup and their closed. Thislocation has to step it up seriously, and it?s evident management at this location sucks. These errors are consistent , everytime there?s something incorrect. The Lehigh valley area is developing and in a developing area we need people that deliver andserve with excellence. Coming from exceptional customer service , I?m disgusted and disappointed. I got the chicken salad sandwich and there was more lettuce on it than chicken salad. And this was the second time I ordered... this recently. Thinking the first time was just a rare mistake. Nope, I even took the sandwich back and asked for a new oneand it was the same thing. A very expensive sandwich for bread and lettuce. Read more
Super disappointed with this Panera. The last few times I?ve gotten food here it hasn?t been warm. The mac grilled cheese had... cold mac in the middle ???? today my frontega chicken sandwich wasn?t warm. They need to start cooking their food much longer. Inever used to have this issue and I?ve been coming here for a long time, won?t be returning. I paid almost $20 for cold food.Not happy about it. Read more
I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun. I got home gave my husband who worked overnight his sandwich and neither had... bacon on them just egg and cheese on a bun we paid $17 for egg and cheese on a bun one muffin and a chocolate croissant. I recently stopped at Panera in Whitehall and ordered a Caffe latte. It was great at first, then towards the end I noticed a... weird taste and consistency and opened the cup to see? the milk was grainy and clumpy. I?m not certain how this happened. Butsince the pandemic started Panera is not the same. I keep trying to give them my business but I always end up disappointed. Nowonder Starbucks is always full and it?s right across from Panera. Never had a bad experience until today. Was my first time at this Panera. Asked for no tomatoes, my sandwich was covered in... tomatoes and tomato juice. There was barely any meat on my sandwich, no pickle and the bread had absolutely no taste. I live anhour away so I didn't get to open it until I had gotten home. It was very disappointing. At least my dog enjoyed it. I will notbe going back. Read more
The service lacked any communication, no smile, the order taker seemed unhappy in her job. I asked another employee for a knife... and was handed a very dirty knife, with either butter or mayo on it. I have never had such a bad experience here. Obviously theyneed employees who know how to provide good service, customer service is lacking. They need a better quality of employees. Read more
