Worst customer service ever. Unbelievable. I never got my pizza because they took it to a different address. The delivery person... never gave me a call. He send me a text message with a picture of my pizza on the ground, at a different address. When I calledthe pizzeria they told me that they did not have the driver information even I didn?t order online. I did call the pizzeriadirectly to place my order. The delivery person never answered my message. He never pick up the phone either. The guy theanswered the phone had a very bad attitude, when I was taking to him in a very calm and nice way. I usually love this location however on my last order the guy got my order wrong. How do you put pineapple UNDER the cheese on... 1/2 side of pepperoni pizza? The original order was a small pie- 1/2 pepperoni on one side and 1/2 pineapple on the other. Nottoo confusing. My son wasn't too happy I had to pick out pineapple chunks out from underneath his cheese and pepperoni. Ilaughed but he did not. Other than that issue, it's always been good pizza here. Read more
I love the pizza but this location consistently does not wear masks correctly or at all. I have only seen one employee ever wear... it above their nose without pulling it down to talk, the extra star is for them, they were cool :) Read more
The best pizza in the area for a long time! Delivery was tracked and faster than expected. The only problem was in filling in... delivery address on website; it kept changing what I wrote in, and gps showed a different area than we are in. I phoned thestore to let them know the actual location and it was corrected that way. But the website needs to accept address as it iswritten, and location service needs corrections. I went to pick up order that we ordered at 4pm for 6pm. Pizza was put in oven at 6, I get they are busy. The thing I?m having a... problem with is, no employees were wearing a mask! Not even the drivers when coming in. I work in retail and around food, andhave to wear a mask for my 9 hour shifts. Love your pizza, not loving the fact that they can?t follow the guidelines you haveposted on your door. I?m not a fan of masks by far, but your dealing with peoples food. Read more
Staff was really friendly. Showed up early and they even ran the order out to the car. Great deal for pick up 9.99!
