Delicious burgers and shakes, the Oreo shake was awesome. I would have given 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable!
Update: I had originally left a bad review at this location because the food had tasted terrible. The following day, the Shake... Shack Managment team reached out to me & made things right. They give a majority of my money back as store credit and asked ifthey could win back my business by trying it again with improvements. So we went back and they did just that. Everything wasnice and fresh this time. The burgers tasted good! Great job team Shake Shack for doing that right thing and taking the time tolisten to your customers. Read more
I'm giving 5 stars straight off the bat just for the ridiculously good customer service. The people that work here are so nice... and kind. The food was good, but I think it's on the expensive side for the size of the burger but I believe it's Angus beefraised with no antibiotics, so you gotta pay for that. I wouldn't get a burger again for the price but the shake was deliciousand would definitely get it another time. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Like others, I finally got the opportunity to stop by here today to try this place out. I ordered a basic... burger with cheese and bacon, a regular size fry and a vanilla milk shake which only comes in one size. The total cost was$18.09. Well I figured when the food comes to the table it would be plentiful but it was the complete opposite! I understand youtry to have all organic food which in itself is very pricey but, for a burger and fries I was definitely sticker shocked whenthe food arrived. The milkshake was most definitely overpriced especially when it is filled with ice chips to make more money.This is a common practice by manufacturers of ice cream to still sell the same amount of product at a higher price but lessproduct because they fill it with water (in this case frozen ice chips). I believe your prices are banking on the fact that Daveand Busters next door will be crowded and/or a long wait for food and in hopes customers come over to your shack for food thengo back over to Dave and Busters to play their games. Whatever the reason for the overpriced food, it will definitely keep meaway. Read more
