I love smoothies and being fit and healthy. I prefer Jamba smoothies are better and more healthy. A lot of the smoothies here... are loaded with sugar and the ingredients not of the best quality . I also feel like the staff is under trained can't answerbasic questions about the materials. In hoping for a better smoothie place in this area soon. Read more

we used to come here all the time and get just strawberry, banana and frozen yogurt in a smoothie. my sister would also get the... same thing, but just banana and frozen yogurt. Today, we came to the drive through, no one in line (mostlikely because it was8:30 pm). we got up to the drive-thru and my dad, wanting to make sure, asked if we could make our own, since we had not beenthere in a while. the lady at the window told us that we had to order something off the menu, and customize it to fit ourrequirements. okay, whatever you may say, but our ingredients were all over the board. it took 9 times longer to find somethingwith our foods. and we messed up multiple times because the lady kept saying "or you could use xyz drink to make it" and the onedrink she was very rude when we told her we did not want turbinado. she said, "you know thats just sugar right?" and acted as ifwe were stupid. when we got up to the window, it took a very long time to make 3 basic drinks, and one drink off the menu. wewere the only people there!! wish there was better service!! I know, there might be some complains about customer service but to be honest in all my experiences there I have never come... across bad customer service, I think the shakes there taste really good and price is great and no added sugars or artificialsugars so yeah. I go there ever since they opened multiple times a week every week. I saw a couple of months ago when I walkedinside their store their "secret menu" and I thought that was pretty cool, I'm looking forward to see if it changes ornot. Place is very clean, Shakes taste delicious and they have a variety of menu of shakes depending what you are looking for,if you are looking to slim down or gain some muscle or just a nice break, it has a lot of fruits and veggies variety as well hasenhancers. Update. Spoke with manager/owner. The problem is turning off the automatic voice. He will be working with that. I am old... school. I understand it?s Fourth of July, and everybody wants to get home. But it would only take 3 to 5 minutes to serve thelast customer. I had a store in a regional mall, when I was in my 20s. My kids never shut down until the last customer wasserved. And that could be brutal at Christmas time, extended hours. They stayed a half an hour later sometimes. They stayed openduring blackouts, and wrote the sales down. I had a similar experience at a Starbucks in Broad Street in Philadelphia, about twoyears ago. They had a power failure. One young college student stayed and held down the fort, all by herself. I guess It?s adifferent business model today. The customer is no longer primary. And I understand it?s hard to get staff. In the end, thecustomer loses. Earlier today Pull in to drive in. Automated voice asked for a name. I give my name. Staff walks up and tells methey?re closed even though there?s somebody in line. That?s fine. There is a Panera bread located roughly 100 yards from thisunit. It?s worth the walk. Never again!!!!! Smoothies are good. Price is right. There aren?t many other places to go in thevalley. The website says that they don?t ?add any sugar?. If this is of concern to you, ask to see the containers ingredientslist, that they are using. Trust but verify. Is nice that they open at 8am I usually start my day with a small smoothie this one was good but too sweet for me definitely... I'll come back and try other options the staff was ok they can definitely be more helpful and they miss the opportunity tryingto up sell this is not cheap or fast food and that's how it felt when I got in they didn't great me, welcome me or ask if I hadany questions it felt a little awkward with the staff like they didn't care to bland I'll use the drive true next time that waythere's limited interaction.
