I used to go to this Starbucks every single day before work to get a Venti iced vanilla Latte made with sweet cream instead of... milk. Suddenly they stopped offering it and were extremely rude when I asked why I couldn?t get the same drink I had beengetting for 3 months at that point. Several of my coworkers also get the same drink as me, and every time they try to get ourdrink the Starbucks baristas are always very rude. I have been shopping since they opened this starbucks and all the people who attend me have a super customer service whenever I... tip for the drive thru, the first time I decided to enter and the orange-haired manager was the one who attended us !! I didn'tsay hello or anything, she had a face like they did something to her, oh, like we weren't going to pay, we asked for two coffeesafter asking for that, my son, as a child, wanted an apple sauce, she didn't even look at our faces, I passed it and threw it onthe counter the apple sauce! It was not good people at all, good good hateful! in my life buying coffee from starbuks this hadhappened to me, I don't usually make complaints but they shouldn't have a boss like that, she is supposed to be the example,then she gave us the coffee that wasn't we asked for more milk and she gave us the one that wasn't She did not want to listen tous, another very kind employee tried to help us but she is super busy, the boss completely ignored us, I have photos of leavingthe coffee on the table . customer service is number one! My friend and I came here and placed our orders inside the cafe. We waited for half an hour after placing our order but didn?t... get any of it. Eventually I asked the employee who said they didn?t have our ticket anywhere. After waiting another few minuteswe finally got our order but we?re given the wrong sizes on our drinks. Staff offered to remake them but by this point we hadbeein the store for over an hour so we decided to leave with what we had. Staff was kind but very unorganized. Stopped by a different Starbucks then my usual and came running back to Whitehall. The other made my drink so awful and... Whitehall not only made it perfect !! They gave me two red cups to make up for it. The staff here is 10/10 and make me lookforward to coming in to grab my drink. Thank you best baristas in the Lehigh valley !! Read more
