Came at 220-am on Sunday 10/16/22 and online they state they close at 3am. We drove 40 mins to a male to tell us they were... closed bc of short staff?!? I?ve worked at McDonald?s when it was 24 hours and will work on my own and wouldn?t put an excuse bcit was short staffed I will work on my own the hours they will tell me. My order was accurate. The was what I expected. Service time was better than expected. The friendliness of the drive through... person who took my payment and delivered the food was terrible. When he opened the pass through window to take my card there wasno hello, or greeting or anything for that matter. After receiving my order it was the same thing. No thank you, have a nice dayor anything. Thebemployee didn't utter a word. Customer facing customers should be more welcoming. Greet customers or at thevery least say thank you. Terrible customer interaction skills. This is either poor coaching and training or bad hiringdecisions. I would encourage management to visit the Chick Fila down the road for some example of great customer service. Read more
Looks like a place run by kids/teens... very unprofessional! The cashier had to beg the bribe another employee to make a... customer's order. The customer ahead of me was instantly frustrated and requested a refund. My doordash order was sitting at thecounter open and the cashier had to ask someone to seal it and hand it to me TWICE. I love Taco Bell and only go to this location occasionally. The last couple times I have gone they are consistently out of... something. This time was mild sauce and Baja Blast Mountain Dew...two things they are known for. Also, my order took 28minutes, no special orders, just normal stuff like tacos and burritos! Not exactly "fast" food. The Walnutport & Trexlertownlocations are great and very well run! Read more
