The staff ignored us when we walked in, and we waited 5 minutes before they acknowledged us...we were the only customers in... there. Once they decided to take our order, there were a couple other people in line behind us. Our sandwiches were ok, butthere were some black things in the meat that I didn't end up finishing my sandwich. There was also a black bug in the ice whenwe got our drinks. This was a completely disgusting experience, walked in to nobody wearing a mask as mandated but employees sitting in a booth... together while customers are at the counter waiting the only employee behind the counter talking on the phone. Only two of theemployees deemed it appropriate to put on their masks after making the sandwiches for me and another customer and the quality ofthe sandwiches was not good at all not only was the bread under cooked but barely even a sprinkle of lettuce and other toppingsdefinitely not going again if the same three are working ever Read more
The gal that took my order was good. Then another gal came and skipped right over my husband. Went to the next customer. ... Tables needed to be wiped off, floor swept and bathrooms were dirty. Also, no one greeted as we came in or said thank you as weleft. Sad service Read more
Went to the Subway in Whitehall, Wi today. Not impressed by the workers. Very bad customer service. Especially from Anna. Not... sure if she was just having a bad day or if that's just her attitude. Either way your are in customer service and should treatyour customers with respect. You did not. If you can't be a good associate maybe don't work in customer service. Clearly you'relacking skills. There was 2 people in front of me it took me over a half hour to get my sub and I only got one. Jake kept talking to me or other... people and not working, I had to wait for them to make chicken teriyaki. Not impressed Read more
Food was good but it very expensive for the amount of meat on our subs. Lots of vegetables but they are very skimpy on the meat
