Really had a bad experience dining tonight. First table is not set meaning no cutlery and napkin when we sat down. Second I... wonder why there's a piece of cheese on honey garlic wings. The pasta we ordered has mo chicken breast when we ordered we wantedchicken. The jambalaya pasta that I asked no green onions has green onions. The ice tea has no lemon slice. When the serverreturned the wings they just remove the chicken that has cheese on it meaning we are down to one piece of chicken down. Read more
We ordered the chicken pizza which served up with so much cheese and very little other ingredients but the worse part was the... pizza dough that was not cooked thoroughly and was mushy and raw tasting. I brought it to the managers attention and he said itssuppose to be like that - NO WAY should you serve uncooked crust- dough yuck!! Very disappointing! One star was for thefriendly server although she was no where to be found near the end of meal as I had to go and find someone to get our bill andpay. Not going back there. Read more
The salmon bowl that I had was not great. The salmon itself was good but the overall mixture of items in the bowl were not a... good combination. They should make improvements. My friend didn't enjoy the jambalaya that he had but it looked better than mydinner. Read more
Solid example of the chain, all the normal items one expects on a Boston Pizza menu, had the onion rings and the jambalaya... fettuccine and both were excellent and I left feeling nice and satisfied without my wallet feeling overly bruised. Was quitebusy but service was still prompt. Solid but isn't going to knock your socks off but you don't go to Boston Pizza for that. Read more
I had great service, good company with me and the food was tasty. For a chain restaurant, they really stay consistent. My only... complaint is the chicken pecan salad no longer comes with an egg and I'm heart broken over it ha Cactus cut potatoes are thebest thing in the menu and if you don't mind breaded things, the cauliflower "wings" are so tasty! ???? As usual, great experience with Boston Pizza. They follow covid 19 measures. Allowing entry to those who are fully vaccinated,... after seeing the proof of vaccination. We ordered their Holiday menu items for dinner and drinks. Holiday Sangria was myfavourite. In food we loved the Cactus Nachos and creamy mushroom and spinach bake. Food was absolutely delicious. If you can get over the front doors falling off and the walk not shovelled this is a good place for a decent meal. The food is... consistent but the service could be better. Read more
