Unbelievably delicious! Always consistent and so full of flavour and such a happy environment!

I've been to Earls several times over the years. The service (and food) is almost always great. I never have to wait in line.... The location/parking is very convenient for me. Overall a great experience! Constructive feedback: - The baby high chairs donot have trays and are too short for some of the tables. - The payment terminal's minimum tip suggestion is 15%. Makes itawkward when I choose my normal tip amount of around 10%. Not choosing the minimum of 15% could potentially make a server feelas though he/she did not offer good service. Read more

One of the worst dishes we have ever tasted. We ordered Cajun Oven Baked Salmon because we wanted something spicy. When we took... the first bite, we knew it was inedible. It was like eating raw salt. We asked the waiter if this was meant to be salty. Hetalked with the kitchen and said apparently the chef didn't even put any salt, it was probably the Cajun spice. Honestly, we eatCajun spice on a daily basis and it is not supposed to taste like this. Because we couldn't eat the dish, we ordered theirfamous Clam Chowder. Again, inedible. There was an ingredient which was extremely sour. With every spoon, it was like playingroulette - will this spoonful be sour or not. And we were too tired for a game. It's an earls. In a normal environment that would be 4 stars but by Yukon standards that is a huge complement. The food is very... well prepared and service is fast and friendly. The covid measures seem to be well executed and the food is great. Honestlythis might be among the better choices in the city and if it was called something different it would be far more popular. Thisis a great default not sure what we are having restaurant. Great for speedy take out too. I only wish the online order would beset up for a faster and more convenient experience. We love Earls and we love Earls happy hour even more. It's almost our Sunday tradition to go to Earls for happy hour. So when we... walked in this Earls at 4:15pm and were told that there's no happy hour, we were very disappointed. To my understanding, thewhole point of being a chain restaurant is it's consistency, plus on the website, it's still advertising that the happy hour ison. Also, I tried to order a seafood entree and was told the daily ritual is not on either! This is false advertising!! Becausethe restaurant doesn't offer what the website states, I didn't go to the general Earls website, as you can tell by the URL, I'mon the whitehorse location's website. If you're not running specials or happy hour, at least take it down from the website. Theservice is mediocre as well, uopon entering, no one was at the reception, we waited for a good while and I had to poke my headin TWICE to get the waitress's attention to be seated. Only good thing is the food and drink's taste were still up par withEarls standard, otherwise I'd give it an even lower score. Read more
