Pizza Pizza (Erstwhile Pizza 73) currently has a wizard in the kitchen, his name is Junaid Zafar. The man has that rare culinary... gift of crafting food that touches hearts through the palate. The Pizzas he makes are a true treat in every sense of the word;delectable, hygienic, meticulous, the result of labour laden with love. Pizza Pizza is my go-to place for Pizza because ofhim. One of the WORST pizza store experiences I have ever had in my life. Please follow the list of events and the WORST customer... support ever. 1. Placed an order at 6:30 PM and got a call from the store saying that they don't have the medium size pizza andI had to pay extra to get a different size and the coupon I applied for won't work anymore. 2. At 7:43 PM, I called the helpline3 times and they hanged up on me. on the 4th try they picked up and the call centre representative told me that my order ismarked free and I should be getting the order in 2-3 minutes. 3. At 8:18 PM, I called the helpline again and they told me thatthe store is not picking up their phone and they have no clue to why the order is yet not delivered. 4. AT 8:30 PM, I spoke withthe supervisor and they said they have no clue why the store is not picking up their phone and they might be closed where asonline it shows the store is open till 12:00 After WASTING 2 and a half hours I found out that I was not getting myorder. Bunch of lies and an ineffective team is what I had to experience from PIZZA PIZZA. Please think twice before you orderand in a case where you are hungry my advice is NOT TO CALL PIZZA PIZZA. Placed an order online, arrived at the store 25 minutes after for pickup l was told they couldn't fulfill my order. Then I had... to call in to customer service to cancel and get my money back. While waiting on hold, their back office was calling me to letme know about my order. I asked the store to call their internal line to cancel my order. They did, but they couldn't confirm myrefund and so I had to call back. Was told I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money back. Wasted an hour of my time and nowhave my funds for a week with no resolution or interest on my funds. Will not order from this chain again, very poor problemresolution. Read more
Tried a vegetarian, pepperoni and veggie and hawaiian. First 2 we're done quickly and last one seemed to take a long time to get... out. Hawaiian was slightly burnt on the top, none of the pizza were hot. Crust didn't have any crispness and the overall flavorwas bland. Garlic fingers ordered at the same time did have good garlic flavor. I was looking forward to a new option in townbut wasn't impressed and probably won't be going back... Read more

Placed an online order through the Pizza Pizza website. 2+ hours later their order tracker hadn't even updated to 'in progress',... so I tried calling the store phone number on the site. No answer, and no callback either. Glad I didn't prepay, or I'd have lostmoney in addition to time. Read more
I got the creamy garlic chicken burger to bring to work with me. I unfortunately wasn't able to eat it as the bun had what... appear to be mold growing on it, which the worker appeared to have attempted to remove themselves. Read more
The poutine and pizza arrived hot. The poutine gets a 10 out of 10 from me! Amazing! The pizzas were also delicious. Way better... than Pizza Hut or Dominos. Driver was courteous and friendly. Great job guys! I?ll be ordering again! Read more
