Ok let?s start from the beginning. I entered and was walking to the bathroom due to me being pregnant and needing to go before... ordering and eating. I was rudely stopped by the manger(female) and explained that I will order once I?m done. Then when I wentto order the worker was texting on his phone, I asked him to change his gloved before preparing my food. I ordered a juniorburrito. When it was time to pay I was charged a regular burrito price. The manager came and explained that the burrito wasregular size. I informed her of what I ordered and after going back and forth I suggested that they remake my burrito the way Iwanted it. The manger took the burrito towards the beginning as if she was going to remake it,I followed. She stated that sheis not remaking it but placing the items in a smaller burrito and to pay first. I told her I will pay once I see how my burritowas ordered. She stated that she will not make it until I pay. I left and went next door to the Thai restaurant. Thanks to poorcustomer service I had an amazing Thai lunch and I will never return to Moe?s again. Read more
I like Moe's, I used to like it a lot more. In the early days they had a much wider menu with a better meat choices, now... essentially just chicken or beef, or tofu for the veg-set. Hoping after pandemic is finally beat they restore the salsa bar &the infinit-mix coke machine. I have to say they always surprise me w how well the cram the stuff in a burrito, no matter howmany ingredients you get. That is probably makes me like Moe's better than the Qdoba, Chipotle, Pancheros, or Bubbakoos - theselection of adding, really allows you to cater your taste of the meal & pad the size of that meal decently. Seems they arealways fresh, with 3x the variety of any of the other places. The other thing I have to say Moe's beats the other places withis their tortilla chips - super light, fresh made, just a smattering of salt, & crispy as heck. So, as I said, if they broughtback the other meats, & a few of the old menu items, Moe's would get 5 grunts, even for a "fastfood" joint. As such, I think astrong 4 is realistic. Wow. We've been going to this Moe's for a year every few months for take out on my way home from work. We are vegan and have not... had any animal products in well over 4 years. Today we ordered tofu burrito, no cheese selected and special note "vegan"...After eating about half , I noticed that the beans looked saucey, like a melted cheese sauce. Upon further investigation, it wasdefinitely cheese.. some melted some not. Currently dealing with horrible stomach cramping. Will never be returning thislocation and their inability to fulfill an order correctly. Read more
The moes from the outside looks very appealing and being in the area I decided I?d go in and grab dinner with friends. Once we... entered, we noticed there was no music playing and it seemed very quiet. We had one worker do every part of our fourorders. They went light on every single ingredient and or topping asked for. And charged what seemed like a large amount forwhat was given compared to other moes. One thing that caught us very off guard is that the drink dispenser did not have normalwater, only flavored water. And the workers didt seem to think of anything until we demanded a refund. The meal pictured belowis a bowl with normal toppings and double chicken. Along with sour cream and guacamole. This is very small compared to otherMoes locations. And the meat was cold and the rice was hard and seemed old. Overall I love Moes still, however I would nevercome back to this Moes and would drive further to avoid having to come to this one.
