Listen to the other reviews. Absolutely the worst Wendys around. Every time we go here our order is messed up. Forgot this or... that. Never say have a good day or thank you. Didn't even know they had a special on the menu. How do you not know your ownmenu. It's clean, so they have that going for them. How do you mess up a 4 item order. It's 4 items. You are in the customerservice business. I haven't had an issue with the food not tasting good or being hot, just the service. At least provide what isin the order correctly, that is the basics needed for any establishment. Read more

The only reason this Wendy's does business is the proximity to U.S. 22. Orders are often wrong and/or missing items. Staff... changes constantly and will tell you that you ordered something else until you show them the receipt. The app says pickup isopen but the door is locked. Read more

Visited 3 times in the last 2 months - ordered at drive thru, all 3 times the order was wrong - asked for 3 plain cheesburgers... ( today), repeated it, was asked if they were Jrs, I said ?no, 3 plain regular ch burgers? - received the order with fullyloaded burgers w mayo! ????. I asked politely and repeated the order, but this is the LAST time I will go to Wendys and wastemy $$. 3 plain ch burgers, 2 sm fries, 2 small choc Frostys=$29.+. The inside of the building is shut down - there is a line around the building, there are signs for mobile order parking with an... arrow pointing the wrong direction in a 1 way parking lot. There are no MOBILE PARKING spots. Than they tell you to get in lineat the drive through to pickup your mobile order. Well we wouldn?t have placed a Mobile order at all if we had to come wait inline at the drive through - thats the whole point of mobile order, you can run inside and grab your order when you get there?.What an absolute joke - and the employees act all confused - this place is a mess and really needs to get their act together. I like this Wendy's. The food is properly prepared, the staff are nice and efficient. There is usually no wait at the drive up.... Today I bought two chili's with cheese and onions with sour cream and chili sauce. It was very good. It would be nice to offer avegan chili option. Read more

Most of the food was fine, But I had the sunburst melon Lemonade and it was one of the worst things I ever tasted. Even made a... few people in my office try it. Tasted like someone poured hot sauce in it, had more burn than my spicy chicken sandwich. Ihope this was a mistake that somehow the store made and that Wendy's hasn't released such a horrible tasting drink. Read more

Multiple instances of orders not being completed correctly. I use the mobile ordering process and the order couldn't be any... easier for the employees to get right by doing such. I really wish they would fill the french fry box appropriately. The kidsmeal fries were larger than the medium. Ridiculous. Read more
