I have ate at a LOT of subways. This is by far the slowest experience ever. It made zero difference that I opted for my... sandwich to be toasted ?because as I had seven sandwiches in front of mine and teenage employees were slow with ALL of them ?mine was cold by the time I received it. Today was the 3rd time in two weeks that they were out of steak, chicken. The only subs they could do was cold cuts. I was told... by the worker they don?t have time to prep. Got the sub of the day turkey breast, add ham and bacon, then when I paid the ?manager? told me how I paid more for basically... what is an all American subway club, didn?t just ring it up as that, just laughed at me because I didn?t know that and chargedme more. It was a .50 cent difference so I don?t care, but if that?s how you run a business, laughing at your customers insteadof just helping them, I won?t be going back. Figured others should know that. I?m starting to become really disappointed in this subway location. A lot has changed over the years and I?d like to say that... last week my fiancé picked us up dinner from subway and he has said that the kid doing our sandwiches didn?t care and lookedhigh. Clearly didn?t ?understand? my fiancé when he said lettuce pickles and onions and the kid went to put tomatoes on hissandwich. Where the heck did he hear tomatoes?? I used to like Subway but the one out in Whitehouse kind of sucks when it comes to making sandwiches these days. I guess I?m... going to have to start going in and not order online. Placed a large order on the mobile application today during lunch rush. Despite them being extremely busy, our orders were... completed before the time listed on the mobile app, they were perfectly made, and the employees made sure we had everything weneeded before leaving the store. I have ordered Takeout at Subway many times throughout the years and this is by far the slowest experience I have ever had. It... was quite obvious that the teenage workers ?.which was all three of them ?and they were all very young ?it was quite obviousthat they did not care. As I waited in line behind seven other individuals and had seven sandwiches in front of mine and theyasked me if I would like it toasted well it did not matter because by the time I finally received it it was cold anyhow. Theywere an absolutely no hurry whatsoever to make the seven sandwiches in front of mine to get the customers paid for and on theirway. I will never use the subway again in the future. Read more
