Favorite place to eat. The few times there have been mistakes, it?s rectified with no attitude whatsoever(nice change from most... fast food places). The workers are kind to us customers and seem to have a good sense of camaraderie with their peers. I alwaysfeel comfortable in their store. I love the food, it?s fresh and they make sure to give me good pieces, never stiff me on theamount of food. I give a three star because the chicken, coleslaw biscuits & mac n cheese are delicious! The mashed potatoes and gravy are so... so, green beans are a tad salty. The staff is so friendly! I wish I could give more stars but every single time I?ve been heremy order is incorrect even after asking them to double check. They will not haggle with you if you call and tell them?they?veeven offered to comp the next meal?they will give you anything that is missing BUT it would be best if the order were right tostart. Whitehouse Chicken Express is KILLING it with their customer service!! Always super friendly, and I've had a different window... server every time at their drive through. It's like they really enjoy being at work or something..... or maybe they secretlythink it's funny that I ordered a four piece and they crammed more in there, knowing it would totally mess with my diet. The manager at this Whitehouse location "Carlie", is outstanding. She and the rest of her staff are great! She and her staff... went above and beyond in addressing a minor problem. I find employees like this to be a really hard to find in this day andage. I am very impressed. Oh and the food is delicious. Read more
