Drove my food back for a refund! The burger speaks for itself, plus it was cold. Note the cheese. I complained about the fish... sandwich and two different ladies at the same time was telling me how it only comes with a half piece of cheese. Can?t reallysee here but i didn?t even get that! You have to order and get charged for a whole piece! And surly they don?t sell enough ofthese to keep in warmer, not fresh. Worst experience at this location by far. And I?ve had a lot here. I will drive to the loopfrom now on. If people in Whitehouse would stop coming here maybe they would straighten up. Costumer service this visit wasnonexistent! Read more
Sitting here watching this ship slowly sink like the titanic. God bless these workers for trying. Shame on the ownership group... for allowing this location to constantly be understaffed. Nobody wearing gloves but 1 woman in the back. No ice, no receipt.Only redeeming factor was the young man's attitude taking both drive and front counter orders. What's sad is this isn't new.These are on going issues with this location. Please do something. Read more
Order a quarter pounded meal bit into it and the meat was raw on the inside . Manager offered to make it over but I refuse you... only get one try to poison me. This location needs to do better I stop eating there due to the fact their service was bad. Butmy son wanted it today so I said why not, should had stayed with my first instinct. Read more
Service has never been great here, but it has become steadily worse over the past few months. Even if you go during off hours... the wait from time of order to time of receiving your order is 10-15 minutes. The person who hands you your drinks doesn't evenspeak to you half the time - even when it's a manager. I remember when McDonald's was famous for its fast friendly service. It?s the only hometown McDonalds we have so it sucks that we see so many problems here. Majority of the customers would agree... that another training for managers or maybe a really good out of town manager should be brought in to clean house. There?sabsolutely NO reason that the current managers should be unable to jump on the line and help crew members out. Read more
The only thing consistent about this location is long wait times. The prices went up, but the amount of food and size of the... breakfast burritos gets smaller and smaller. I paid $7 for basically tortillas. This is every time. Do better WhitehouseMcDonald?s. Read more
OK, so it takes forever to get your order, hence the 4 stars, but the food is fresh when brought to your car. Not sure why it... takes so long but just witnessed a woman go in and raise the roof. I'll still go and wait!!Patience people!! Read more
Gonna file a chargeback with my bank. No hash browns, completely dead with no other cars, let them know I?m missing all of my... hash browns and no one?s come out after 10 minutes. I work fast food. It doesn?t take 10 minutes to cook minced potatoes. Read more
