Food is always cold and mediocre. They?ll give you your ice cream and tell you to pull forward to wait for 15 minutes. Who loves... some delicious melted ice cream? They are like clock work. Week later at the same time, take my order, repeat it and then turnaround and tell you oh sorry we don?t have anymore for the night. Make the drive to 135, the extra time is worth it. Read more
Dairy Queen has become my favorite fast food restaurant. Their food is always made fresh and I love the flame grilled hamburgers

I went to Whiteland Dairy Queen on my way back from Franklin this morning... and while the food was good, I am very unimpressed... with the deceitfulness of the experience. So I ordered a blizzard, shake, and chicken strip basket. When I ordered the blizzard,she asked if I wanted whipped cream... which seemed strange, but sure. If that's included now, why not? If you check thereceipt... they charged 59 cents for "X-whipped topping." I said a large oreo shake... she said "do you want to make it an xlfor 40 cents more?" Sure... except on the receipt, it shows not only did they charge the 40 cents more for the xl shake... theyadded on the "x-oreos" charge for another 59 cents without my knowledge... that's sneaky. I didn't say I wanted extra oreos atall.... should the cost of the XL shake not include the oreo cost?? Let's also add.... the size of their XL is NOT the same asthe XL on Main and 31. Then I ordered the 6 pc chicken strip basket with extra gravy, which is already $10.29 for a meal thatused to cost a lost less, but she asked if I wanted a lg fry and drink... so then she got to add the extra 89 cent gravy, theupsale on the lg fry of 69 cents (which the fries are the same amount as on the regular fries)... and the extra 50 cents on thedrink... I mean, nickel and dimed to death here. I was so confused when it cost $28 for one meal and 2 treats anyways. Butespecially the extra cost to the blizzard and shake were just sneaky. I don't at all appreciate that. I get its a little hereand there, but that little here and there adds up. I don't appreciate sneaky practices. The food here is so delicious and fast. One of the reasons we come here regularly is the camaraderie among the employees we... witnessed with every visit. They work so well as a team and always with welcoming smiles! They need to teach other fast foodrestaurants their magical ways! Read more
