This was a bad Dunkin. As we preorder our lattes and 6 donuts. We get to the window and they didn't have 4 of the 6 donuts. And... didn't have anything close to what we wanted but the glaze donuts were good. The lattes were horrible. Read more
I have to say, though this Dunkin is not the fastest ever, they are definitely the nicest and it?s clear the management care... about the place. They have gone out of their way to ensure customers are treated well and they also are ALWAYS pleasant to talkto, 5/5 stars. Read more
Amazingly prepared food Thursday morning 9/29! Whoever made my order deserves a raise!! I had an iced americano and 2 food... items. I?ve been a regular Dunkin customer for years and this was the best prepared food & drink I?ve had in a realllllyyyylong time. The last at the window was super friendly and kind. She was prob the manager Perfectly heated/toasted food. And wellprepared. No bacon falling out, no flop sided egg. also the drink was made precisely to my customization which I was surprisedbecause I put my own spin on drinks with flavors and whatnot Thank you for the amazing order !! Staff of teenagers is very unprofessional. I also online ordered a plain bagel and when I picked up my order, it was cinnamon... raisin. I brought this to the attention of the worker and he said ?oh we?re out of plain bagels.? You cannot substitutesomeone?s food without them knowing. Some people have severe allergies to certain foods so that is a very dangerous thing to do.And it always takes them forever to take my order when I?m the only car in line. Seems like the staff here needs better trainingand customer service skills. Read more
Got to the window at 11:42, paid, we were given our drinks and waited almost 20 minutes. While we waited, several different... employees came to the window and gave us the totals due for the next orders behind us, and couldn?t remember what we had in ourorder or that we were still waiting. Ordered on the app for pickup at the drive-thru. Everything bagel with butter and a large coffee with unsweetened vanilla, three... stevia, and four cream. I pulled up to the order microphone/speaker box stated my name for an app order, I was politely asked topull to the window. Seconds later the server said they were out of butter I said no problem. You can see what an everythingbagel and a coffee with cream looks like in my pictures... cheese, egg, and sausage - no creamer. Better luck next time. Read more
I came in here one day last week to get donut holes and one of the workers went to the bathroom in the lobby and did not wash... her hands and then she went back behind the counter and proceeded to get my donut holes and give it to me. When I calledcustomer service I was told I would be contacted by the manager of that store but no one has contacted me and has been well oversix days now. That?s very disgusting that they let their employees work without washing their hands that is a definite safetyand health hazard I will not ever go back to that Dunkin again Read more
