I live in Liverpool but was in the Utica area yesterday and wanted some Italian before I headed back home. I have been to Bennu... which is next door (same owner I believe). So I stopped at Franco's to grab a slice of pizza and ordered a lasagna to take homefor dinner. The customer service was great, the pizza was great and followed the directions that Jerry gave me as to how toheat the lasagna up! He added some extra cheese and sauce and all I can say is "WOW"..it was beyond awesome! I look forward tomy next visit there and would like to try other dishes BUT damn...the lasagna was so good I really do not know what to do... Read more
Great place to eat! The owner is super friendly, and so is the staff! Great pizza, wings, and subs!! Prices are reasonable... too!! Definitely try the Whitesboro Franco's Pizza! You'll be glad you did! I eat there twice a week!! Read more
I order weekly at Franco's in whitesboro on Lenox ave and they never disappoint. They have a great pizza sauce, as well as... calzones and subs, today we ordered riggies stuffed shells and a garlic pie. They never disappoint. When they made a mistake afew months ago they gave me a credit to make good on their mistake. They rock. I highly recommend. Read more
My wife (minor) , different last name, bought 3 pizzas from there today 610, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage cheese mush, and a specialty... pizza, all where under cooked! But the dough looked old. No biggie, put it in the oven to cook it, the dough was just as bad. $44.00 down the drain. Never again.... Read more
I will never go to another pizza place! There is this young blonde girl who works at the counter and she was so sweet. She can... carry conversation and I was greeted while walking in the door which you don?t get at many places but she was waiting on anotherperson and still said hello how are you. Stopped in way through, worker acted like she didn't want to help me. Ordered few basic cheese slices, wasn't happy with service... but slices where ok. Maybe next time I'll try hot off brick just down the road.. Read more
The food is good and the prices are ok but the only bad thing is they get the order wrong most of the time. The last time I was... there I ordered a small mixed sub with no oil and I got a ham sub saturated with oil. I ended up pitching it in the garbage.Think I'll take a break and try somewhere else for awhile. Also tables are very dirty and greasy! Read more
