This place is horrible and the so called manager sucks. They offer no apology for screwing up our food nor for the wait time. ... not sure what this little hispanic managers name is but she needs to be fired. I counted 9 different returned orders in the 45minutes i waited for food. After requesting a refund so i could go somewhere else she pretty much threw my money at me. Wasn't good, barley warm hamburger. It was midday, lunchtime, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for... awhile, as was the apple pie. Fries were hot and fresh and the only reason for 1 star. They were out of ketchup at the condimentstand so I went to the counter and asked. The young lady pointed to a bin on the counter that was nearly empty. The inside ofthat bin appeared as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, it was nasty. I was not about to stick my hand in there toretrieve the few remaining packets of ketchup much less use them. I told the young lady it was dirty and not about to useanything out of the bin. She reacted with indifference. I suddenly felt uneasy about the quality of the food I I just ordered.Reluctantly I ate anyway, I was on the road and could not afford any further delay. Just got home with my daughters kids meal cheeseburger?. I think a few things are missing!!!
Just an FYI...McDonald's in Whitesboro, Texas sucks! Can't get a simple order correct...#6 with a root beer and 2 double cheese... burgers...when asked about the drink, the boy was more interested in his cell phone than answering our question. He shut thewindow and walked away. The screen at the drive through showed what we ordered but when we pulled around to pay for it, it wasdifferent. Read more
Waited an unusually long time for someone to take our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant. There were several... employees behind the counter talking. Only one appeared to be working. Another was sitting at the table near the register. Iasked her if we needed to go through the drive through to order. She looked at me and said in ?kind of Spanish? that she didn?tspeak English. She had been talking to other employees when we walked in and was reading an English manual. Then she laughed. We decided to leave since no one ever offered to take our order. As we were leaving, the non-English speaking girl said ?havea good day?. Read more
This McDonalds is okish, they are always messing our order up. We ordered chicken nuggets and they gave us 2 very messy big... mac's. And on the other hand they are very nice and thoughtful, they game my dog a cup of whipped cream. They take up for theremistakes. And again they are very thoughtful and nice. Read more
The general manager had no idea how to utilize the app for discounts and wasted my redeemed earned points. So I had two orders... go to waste at this location and the manager had no idea how to fix the problem. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and got nodrinks. Read more
