The melts are nothing like the commercial. Expected meaty fold over like a pan supreme. We ordered meat lovers and a chicken... bacon. Hardly any meat. No bacon to be found. Very disappointing. Store is dirty most times when we visit. Staff behind counterseem clueless. One nice young man has been there twice. Rest are rather rude. Won?t order these again. Believe the commercial isfalse advertising. Not what you get. Marinara sauce was watered down also. Not good. Read more
Asked for an order of wings as all flats. Said they couldn't. you would think they would find a way to make that happen. Oh... well. Tried to give me someone else's order. Accidents happen no big deal. My wings were in the deep fryer basket (gettingcold)and when the gentleman went to throw them in the container he dropped one and did nothing about it so I got 7 wings insteadof 8. All in all everybody there looked like they hated their jobs, no smiles, no enthusiasm, 7 wings and, I forgot, they forgotmy ranch. Terrible image that I paid for. Read more
My pizza was excellent and cooked to a nice brown never under or over done. I had to wait a little longer due to an oven issue... but I was offered a free drink. The employees were very nice and did a good job! Read more
I was initially sorry to see the old Whitesboro location torn down, but this new restaurant is great! It has a very modern, open... feel, and it's always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and fast, and we enjoy taking the grandkids here. Read more
I ordered a family meaty marinara pasta which is listed on the website. When I went to pick it up from the whitesboro tx... location I was informed that they no longer have the meaty pasta so they made me an Alfredo instead? This is very disappointingto me instead of arguing with the young employee who is only doing his job to the best of his ability. I reached out here. Ifyou guys stopped selling pepperoni pizza will you give people ham instead? $15 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle ofthe matter. Please update your website or reach out to your store managers so that this ordeal will not happen again. If Iwanted Alfredo I would have ordered it. Fast-food setup. You order up front upon arrival and they bring to you once ready. You take care of your own drinks and refills.... They give you a cup and have full access to dispensers. Have one TV showing the popular Fail Army seen in a lot of your favoritefood spots. Staff friendly. Read more
The melts are fantastic! Order was hot. One thing I had to overlook..every time I use the suggestion box for details on how I... want the order they never follow it..like cut >to squares or add sauce inside of melt. I always ask if they did and they say yesbut when I get home..not the way I ordered and not cut into squares! Read more
