Keep leaving things out of large orders. Last one was extra gravy paid for items missing then they want you to come to the store... and get the items they missed. Poor service didn?t even offer refund of items they charged you for. Read more

Love this Whataburger. I live in Denison but my nearest Whataburger is dirty and very slow. This one is exactly the opposite... and worth an extra 15 minute drive! Read more
The night crew here is the best but the day crew is like zombies the day manager doesn't care and the shake machine doesn't work... and they don't service the second lane so they really need some help here during the day maybe somebody could help them speed upa little bit and get things fixed during the day. I just have to get this out... everything that made Whataburger great... has changed with the new "Corporate" ownership in... Chicago. Remember the Whatacatch? Gone. Remember all the different grilled veggies and cheeses you could choose from?Gone. Remember the fresh cracked eggs for breakfast? GONE... Really good hamburger....enjoyed it. It was WAY to cold in the dining room. Ended up going out to get our coats.
