Second visit was less than stellar. It was not busy and took the family. Made a desert wrong (which can happen no big deal),... remade after 10 minutes of waiting and wrong again the same way. Tried to rectify again and met with being ignored at first andwhen speaking to employee he became very rude. Ridiculously spent over 30 minutes just trying to get fixed or refunded for anitem made incorrectly both times (had the desert night before and many times at other locations, never had an issue). Tookgetting through 3 employees just to get manager to refund since family was long done eating. Was looking forward to being aweekly customer with the family but the second visit was a huge turn off. Just opened and first visit was great. Employees veryfriendly, food good. Read more
I am so excited about this addition to the Anson area. I visited for the first time in the drive through today and had a great... experience! The man holding the iPad and taking orders was very friendly! My fries were piping hot, which I appreciate! Onlyfeedback would be to include a larger amount of toppings in the concrete! Will be back! I?ve been twice. The first time they got my order wrong. I got home and discovered it so I filled out the survey online and no... one got back to me (missing items). The second time it took 20 minutes after I paid to get a shake. I think they forgot me.Haven?t been impressed so far unfortunately. At least the food tastes good. Read more

Culver's is a favorite in my family, and we visited this location on opening day. Other than the balloons, it didn't feel new,... and I think that's great. The staff was patient, and professional. The food was great, and came out pretty quickly, directly toour table. Read more
Well made dessert (chocolate custard with Oreos and strawberries), good service, clean restaurant. I do get a little irritated... when they start closing down the store before the actual closing time, especially when the place is still relatively busy andfull. But a small complaint. Read more
