Prices on the receipt did not reflect what is posted on the overhead menu. The price for the meal seemed higher than expected,... so we looked through the receipt with the cashier who agreed that the prices were wrong, but said the prices on the menu werelower than they should be. Very disappointed, seems sketchy. We paid $47 for a lunch for two people-- that was a pick 2. Crazyexpensive. Read more
I enjoy the tomato soup (with bread) and have had it many times. I also enjoy purchasing a discounted cookie with my meal.... Unfortunately, I asked to purchase another discounted cookie after I ate and was told by the cashier today that I could only buyit at the discounted rate with my meal. I have many times purchased cookies with or after & sometimes both at the discountedrate at this & other locations, and so I was disappointed that I could not today. My granddaughter was with me as she has beenmany time (soup & bread is OUR favorite) and she didn't understand why this time we couldn't buy them at the discount. Read more

Rude manager Lied to my face about a coffee mug. I had to get my bagel made 3 times and it was a plain bagel. Truly a one star... review just two stars because it?s the Sunday staff! Read more
Prompt and friendly service. Fresh ingredients. Clean facility. Met all expectations.
The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is because the service is ALWAYS... extremely slow. There are never long lines but it always takes between 15-20 minutes to get through the drive up. It has beenmy observation that the cars in front of me usually do not receive much more than a coffee or a single small bag. I normallyorder a single bagel (sliced, not toasted) or a pastry so the preparation is very, very minimal. I can only assume that thefacility is very understaffed. I would love to frequent this location more often but I usually do not have that kind of time towaste by waiting around. Read more
One star review. Only entering 3 stars to get around Google's filter. ONLY ORDERS ONLY. Are you kidding me? We drove out of... our way to stop here only to find you were online only. It was infuriating. Three other families asked us if you were open whilewe were reading the sign on your door. They all got irritated and left. Pay to employ and retain people to keep your businessopen. Otherwise what are you even doing? Look at how much revenue you missed out on in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Read more
