Stopped for lunch during the week. There was one person working orders for dine-in customers and 3 working on drive thru orders.... The drive thru orders were flying out, while I waited for 30 - yes, 30- minutes for my one item. Could not cancel and ask for arefund because there was no one at the cash register and had to order on the touch screen which took only cards. Read more
Friendliest Taco Bell staff out there. I always have edits to my food and they almost always get everything right. No one is... perfect. If they miss something they fix it no questions asked. Read more
App and online both say the location is open until 2 pm. I ordered at 12:35, arrived at 12:43. The 2 workers had already closed... down. We're finishing up with the cleaning and seen me sitting their, and ignored me. Every other time I've been to thislocation in past 2 months they were open until 2 AM. At least give the customers your closing early on the respect to not makethem sit their for 40 mins. And I'm sure they will be on the clock until 2:30, 3 am tonight Read more
This place can't keep help.... They are DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. So Expect a 20 minute or longer wait for your food. Your order will... be wrong because the staff they have ate overwhelmed & have given up caring about Quality. They really need help or to justclose this location. Ordered the 3 soft taco combo with nachos. They forgot the nachos, but the dining room is locked, so I get back in the drive... thru line and wait another 5-10 min. Get the nachos, and they?re so stale they?re inedible. Opened my second taco and there isno lettuce or cheese, just a scoop of meat. Seems like a lot of forgetfulness which inconveniences paying customers. Read more

Edit - after 35 min I was given my food and I could tell they were just incredibly understaffed. Food was great but owner needs... more hires. ?You?ll have to wait 15 for a shift change? if you?re in there why can?t you just make the food. Anyways I wantedmy Taco Bell so I waited. Go back up in the drive through and they say the exact same thing so Now I?m about to wait 30 minbecause I really need my Taco Bell? but this happens way too often.. should just shut down at this point so they stopdisappointing me week after week.
