Check your orders my friends.! Our biscuits were absolutely raw, because they were about 2 inches thick. Plus, the cashier... failed to give us all of our order. Therefore, when we got it home we only had chicken & boberry biscuits. They left off oneside from each order and raw biscuits. This has happened so much to us in the past, they've given us at least 8 free orders.Don't bother to pick up the free ones, the same thing happens. We paid $22.00 for two full lunches and only got half an order. Read more

They need management & restaurant inspections. There?s flies in restaurant, bathrooms, and dead flies in window seal. The... restaurant smells musty and carpet dirty. Our food had no flavor at all not sure what type of training staff has seems like theyare just putting things together. Mac & cheese tasted bland, biscuits had a cinnamon taste, and chicken had no flavor. The DietCoke in the drink machine tasted like cheap soda. The ice dispenser had build up. I also wondered why this location does not usethe front area near the register where food is kept visible to the customer like all Bojangles. Staff standing around carryingon personal conversations. Bathrooms dirty, toilet paper dispenser falling off the wall, and flies near toilet. I was shockedthis location still operating under these conditions. Read more
Our first trip to Bojangles was on Monday. The food was good but the sweet tea was not sweet. Very little sugar was in it. ... Usually Bojangles sweet tea is better than McDonald's but not on this trip. Today is Wednesday and we dined inside today also. The sweet tea was better today than Monday but still not enough sugar. I suppose they are cutting back on the sugar that goesin their sweet tea. Sweet tea means that you put enough sugar to call it sweet tea. Read more

Stopped here for a quick meal on our way to the airport, and it didn't disappoint. I am now wondering why we don't have one of... these in New England... I would open my own franchise in New England if I could figure out how, it was that great. Nothing backhome compares to the quality of this food in the 'fastfood' industry, though I do not even consider Bojangles fast food afterthe quality and flavor I experienced here. To top it off the employees at this location were very friendly and the wholebuilding was super clean (even the bathroom). Give Bojangles a go if you see one in your travels, and give this a 'like' if yourexperience was as pleasant as mine. Read more
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was good, except the bacon was undercooked for me. Also ordered a spicy chicken... biscuit combo. It was very good. Read more
