Since they have chopped cherry peppers to spread on the bread I haven't asked for jalapenos.????
My boyfriend had went and got me a turkey and provolone sandwich with banana peppers on it.. And the turkey had mold on there,... before I even noticed it til the end who knows how much it could have been on throughout the whole sandwich. I called and theykept saying that it was from a fresh package.. no it wasn?t. I wish I had taken a picture before I threw it away. I will becalling the health department. Read more
My wife ordered a kids meal for our daughter and I picked it up. I asked the employee "is this it" when I picked up the order... and they said yes. I left not knowing that I was missing the cookie and drink so my wife called when I got home. They all hadattitudes and refused to refund the meal and just charge for the sandwich and insisted we drive 15 minutes one way for a cookieand child's drink because they didn't want to be bothered to do their jobs and check the order. My experience at Jersey Mike?s in Whiteville North Carolina was quite exceptional. I?ve never eaten a Jersey Mike?s before and I... decided to try it on the way back from a vacation. My wife and I stopped there and ordered two regular-sized Subs. I ordered theturkey and provolone with extra provolone and she ordered the Italian. The subs were carefully prepared and filled with agenerous portion of meat. Compared to some of their competitors the portion for the price is exceptional. What really set thislocation apart was the service provided by the staff. All of the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A newemployee named Prea was amazing. She exemplifies what service level and customer service orientation other restaurants wish toattain. She was being trained with great patience and care by the other staff members. Her attitude and attention to detail inmaking the sandwiches were exceptional. She was quite friendly and wanted to make sure that we were delighted with our meal. Mywife and I will definitely be eating at Jersey Mike?s more often. Read more

This place is just not it. The food looks good and smells good but taste trash. Not to mention a 8 inch is 10 dollars.
