Waited in drive through for 12 minutes before I got my food. Very slow considering nobody was in line at 530
Night shift consistently makes you wait for cold fries. They need some hairnets in that place.
Food was good and hot, very small wait but not bad . Glad to see we have 1 in Whitewater...
Meh... Drink had a free refill, hence the third star. The "slider" lived up to it's name about two hours later. Fries were ok.
Terrible experience bad food. Fries were hard. Didn't give sauce for nuggets. Had to repeat my order over and over for who I... assume is a non native English speaker. Read more
I went through the drive through at 7:45. after about sitting there for 3 mins, no one took my order over the intercom. I pulled... up to the window and there was an employee in the restaurant. I sat at the window for about 2 minutes and I know she could seeme because she kept slightly turning around. I then proceeded to leave the drive thru and as i was leaving she made direct eyecontact with me. Also As I was leaving, another car was in drive through and his order was taken. I am very annoyed that thisemployee decided not to do her job and completely ignore me as a customer when they were still open. Do not recommend. Read more
Good luck if you're in the drive through. Waiting over 20 minutes for a single order with 3 cars in line is... outrageous. Consistently the slowest drive through I have ever seen. The day of the week is irrelevant. Inaccurate orders. Iwill drive to the fort Atkinson location simply because it takes less time to drive to the next town and back than sit in thedrive through and wait. Read more
