I'm sure these don?t get read but I hope one day upper management does and actually gets proactive about this branch. rude... waitstaff, incorrect orders, up charge for items you don?t receive and being asked 4 times what your drink order is even thoughits on a screen in front of them? and then to say it?s not possible or doesn?t exist? I will go to the fort Atkinson location from now on simply to avoid the completely uncalled for treatment by the staff and... possible health code violations. The drive thru order was incorrect after having waited over half an hour in line. I went insideto get it corrected and was completely ignored by staff for 10 minutes standing at the counter watching confusion and mix upshappen in front of me, all before being told I did not order what I ordered, being called a stupid college kid, and getting abag of "fresh" fries (fries that sat out of the oil in the basket for around 7 minutes) all but tossed at me. The view from thedrive thru window and from the lobby showed a very unkept and hazardous work environment for accidents and bug problems. Friesand grease all over the floor, straw wrappers strewn across and behind the counter, the lobby was very dirty and had not beencleaned. Read more
Please do something to make this store better. Second time through the drive thru in a week, and both times orders are wrong.... Nothing extravagant, just cheeseburgers with ketchup only. That's it, plain and simple. Even confirmed it with the persontaking the order, what's on the screen, and then at the window. Check the burgers and they have everything on them. The store inFort Atkinson isn't that much better either. Read more
Ordered two deluxe big breakfasts...received one and gad to back through the drive through.. got home,, second one didn't... include potatoes, silverware,, jam, etc. Eggs, in both, we're strips...not the way to promote business. Read more
I don?t think I?ve ever been to a slower, more poorly managed McDonald?s in my life. They constantly get orders wrong and have... the absolute worst service. Been waiting in line for 30 min and still not up to the window. If I could post 0 stars I would. Read more
This McDonalds needs to be shut down. The service is EXTREMELY slow. I ordered a few items off the menu and it took 23 minutes... to make. At one point there was no employee working the counter for roughly 10 minutes; a line gathered of 6 people. A ladyasked for an employee at the counter to which she was ignored. I asked for assistance at the counter, a manger looked at me andthen turned around. They said they were short staffed but there was almost 7 people in the kitchen, and two of them were in thefar back joking around. The food is ALWAYS wrong or sloppy as well. NEVER come here, save your money. UPDATE: I returned tothis location, it is EXTREMELY dirty. The floors appear to have not been mopped in at-least a week, every table has ketchup andother food left over on it, and there are flys everywhere. I would say it?s most certainly a fly infestation. This restaurant ispoorly managed and probably not up to health code. There are people coughing in the kitchen. I am in pure disgust. Read more
The food is average McDonald's food. I've had some screw-ups in the past but usually it's fine. Many employees there have been... slow, unattentive, and unfriendly. There are exceptions, but the overall service is poor. For one example, I had to wait twentyfive minutes for a 20 piece nugget. Not because they were, not because they had to remake it, but because someone left it ontheir rack for pick up orders, marked the order as being taken to my car, and then didn't do it. I had to go in and ask where myfood was to get it. Also, the atmosphere is the modern corporate feel I dislike. On top of that, I find the interior oftenill-maintained, even during slow times. There will be messes by the drink station, several unclean tables, and restrooms thathaven't been kept clean, at the same time on more than one occasion. There are times the interior is fine, but more often thannot there are significant problems. Worst McDonald's I've been to, I only go to get cheap quick food when I have a craving forit, which is too often. Read more
