I ordered 3 burritos, and made it VERY clear I only wanted steak, cheese, and rice. When my girlfriend tells me there is every... ingredient I didn’t want, inside all of the burritos, we asked for a refund and the lady working behind the counter said weneeded to pay an extra $23 “because now the chef has to make 6 burritos”. Mind you, we over-paid for the 3 burritos prior tothis ($39). So we ended up going across the street to Cozumel… who in the past has been happy to help with any order mistakesthat may have occurred. Had the menudo special of the day. I've generally seen this dish made with chickpeas or served with rice. This was only the... menudo. On the positive side, it was well-seasoned and the portion was huge! Had it been served with rice, it could have easilyfed 3 or possibly 4 people. Read more

Authentic food with a great atmosphere! The portions are fairly large for a pretty small price tag, typically costing $10-12 per... entree. Chips and salsa served complimentary and what amazing wait staff! They have daily specials but they are not consistentso you just have to ask the wait staff what the special is that day. My wife and I will definitely be back as this is now ourgo-to for Mexican food! Read more
Really tasty! Family run...(Mother in the kitchen making Grandma's recipes) They are still working out the "now that we own a... restaurant how do we run it efficiently". But if you remain patient you will find they are working extremely hard and puttingout some really great dishes. Mole sauce is AMAZING, and ASADO DE PUERCO DE MAMI ANGELA is so good I had it 2 days in a row! Ihope they are around for a long time! Read more
