My daughter & myself ordered the avocado egg toast. It was soooo gross! We couldn't even eat it.
Food was pretty good but they are not able to keep up on a busy day. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they forgot the egg on the... first round, no problem, but forgot tomato on the second and after a long wait between I didn?t feel like trying for a 3rdround. I ordered a May special wrap and it only had half of the ingredients in it? I was still charged full price.. and the food is... already overpriced. The menu was misleading as well. The wrap said turkey but there was no turkey in the wrap? very inconsistentquality. Definitely not the sweet spot I used to know.. I also did not feel comfortable in the politically chargedenvironment.. Restaurants should not put politics over their customers and quality. Coffee drinks are acceptable but still overpriced. My favorite place to work remotely. I love the spacious seating. The drinks are amazing especially when paired with the muffins... (double chocolate is my fav!). If I stay long enough then I almost always get soup or a sandwich. Seriously awesome local cafe,we are lucky to have this place!! Read more
I love the coffee and baked goods. The atmosphere is also great, but there are several loud noises that can make it a hard study... spot. You'd think with all of the increases in prices (thanks to new owners) they could at least invest in a quiet blender andsome pads for the bottom of the chairs (which have an incredibly loud screech that sound like the scrapping of a chalk board).The service is great, and of all the times I've been here, they've NEVER messed up an order! My ONLY problem with this place is the consistency with their recipes. Three days in a row I have ordered the peppermint mocha... cold foam cold brew this week and it has been different every single time. I love the atmosphere and the people but I justreally want them to follow the same recipe for each drink, especially for drinks of the month, it?s very frustrating when ittastes and even looks different every time.
