The sorry-excuse-for-a-manager Taylor is completely inept. I placed an order on the app- the same as I always have- and suddenly... I receive a call from this girl saying they don?t deliver to my address and the order will be cancelled. Period. No otherremedy, solution, nothing. When I pressed with further inquiries to understand why this time is so different from all the othersuccessful deliveries placed at this location, she responded flippantly and condescendingly as if the error was on my end, whenI have zero control over the application?s designation of my delivery location. The call was ended and the order ultimatelycancelled however, this isn?t the first time I have been given this &%#@?!%# about being ?outside the delivery range? and asubsequent cancellation. To have to jump through hoops just to deal with this purported manager, who seems to only be able tocommunicate with ?like? and ?um? -when there is finally an actual response- is completely ridiculous. It is unfortunate thereare so few places for delivery in this area. Don?t waste your time or money. Read more

I give this 2 starts because the food was good, though the Alfredo pasta bowl had a lot less in it than they normally would. The... Garlic twists were fantastic, and my husband loved his chicken wings. My other reason for the 2 stars is there was no drinks, atall. When eating out my hubby loves a coke with ice in, last time there was a fridge of drinks, and this time none. it is allbottled soda last time that gets warm fast in the Texas heat so he would prefer fountain drinks with ice. what fast foodrestaurant does not have fountain drinks. It would have been nice for a bit of atmosphere, there was only me and my hubbyeating, the staff didn't speak to each other or make any noise. Read more

This place is clean (cleanliness is VERY important to me as a culinary arts grad), has the best pizza, and has consistent open... and close times. Delivery is a huge plus! Ordered from here many many times now and will continue to do so. Always a friendlyexperience and drivers are always super fast with delivering. :) thanks Dominoes for always delivering tasty pizza to us! Evenwith all of the other options in town, this one really shines for us. Read more

I just can't with this place any more! The last two times we've ordered from here I got their "That delivery was not what we... hoped it would be" email...yeah well guess what? Wasn't what we hoped it would be either and I have very low standards forDomino's. Here's a quick run down of our night: Order placed at 5:31, called at 6:15 was told order was not in box and driverwas gone so it must be on it's way. Called at 6:33, spoke to manager was informed pizza was just now going in oven because theyare made first come first serve so the order would be hot upon delivery (which it was not!). She said the order would arrive in15 minutes, 30 minutes later it finally arrived, luke warm at best. We live 12 minutes from the store. Order was also missingthe garlic butter dips we paid for and the pizza slices were cut very unevenly, which they always are at this place. When Icalled after the pizza was delivered I was told they had no idea when the owner would be in, that's a big red flag right there. So I asked to speak with the manager, AGAIN, she said just a minute and promptly hung up on me. When I order food I do not wantto wait one and a half hours to get it, that is completely unacceptable. No more oops emails, get it together! Because if youdon't, in a small town like Whitewright/Tom Bean this place will become just another closed up pizza shop. Locals remember andwe will stop ordering from you! So, to the owner, drive yourself up here from McKinney and take care of your business!! Read more

**update* came at 8:35. Gave me ranch salad dressing instead of ranch cup that I paid for. Geeez If you get it delivered do not... place your order online. They may not even have enough drivers. Found out the hard way. I placed my order at 6:51pm, notified ithad left the store at 7:21..it is now 8:30 and I have still not recieved my order. Called the store and they said another 25 minor more. I'm sure it will be bed time before we get our order. Smdh Read more

Fast & friendly! I like Domino's. I certainly don't care if they don't take 100 dollar bills. They are open when another place I... like isn't and they'll deliver if I can't or don't feel like getting out. The other place sometimes has delivery but usuallynot. Plus Dom's is consistently good! Different places make their pizza differently. It doesn't mean it's any less good. Just adifferent taste. Read more

Update: still just as bad, see the attached images. I recently visited this location during soft opening. I was rather... dissatisfied with the customer service and how an issue was handled when I presented it to the staff. I attempted to resolvethe issue multiple ways and in the end I left agitated and no longer a customer of Domino's. While I could handle the issue ifit was only trainees the district manager was supposedly there and a part of the problem. Rather than working to resolve theissue I was greeted with aggressive staff and no work towards a resolution. This location has a lot of work if it will survivein our town. I hope they can move past the customer service issue and get to work on the quality issues. The food I was serveddidn't meet the muster and was over cooked, over sauced, and shorted on cheese. Not sure of the other items as I had to leavethem all in order to get a refund for the one item I never received since they apparently cannot handle doing a partial returnon a cash purchase. So to solve it they got to do a full return. The location is ok and can be seen from the road but if yourcoming from the East on 11 it'll be hard to spot at first. Parking is ok but some spots are smaller than they should be and thedrive isn't wide enough to help with this issue leaving you making tight or multi point turns. The location is not accessiblefriendly due to the handicap parking area having too steep of an incline leading to the sidewalk, they made the angle to steepin the parking close to the store. The drive through area for carry out is too narrow and the turns around the building tootight so be careful if you drive a full size SUV, van, or truck. Especially on exit if the parking is decently full. Lightingand signgnage is good and you can see what it is easily. The access to the store is not good as it shares a driveway with thegrocery store and when they ran utilities for the store they tore up that driveway. Then impro Read more

The first 3 times we ordered your pizza it was really really very good. Today it had very few toppings and very little cheese... and sauce. I called to report this. Want it to be great every time Read more
