Went in, no cars around and still made us pull forward. Then we asked for a 3 scoop sundae and the scoops were so small, that... the 3 scoops were equivalent to one. They even limited the Reese's pieces to only one of the scoops. Read more
Went in the drive for a triple scoop . I told her what flavors and she didn?t have 2 of them. I continue to ask what other... flavors do you have then and all I hear on the speaker is an ? uggh ? and attitude telling me the flavors were in the menu whichobviously there is. If I asked was because you didn?t have 2 of the ones I asked for . She didn?t even say thank you when Ipicked up my order nor gave me a copy of my receipt. Read more
Waited in line to be asked to wait even longer at speaker. (5min at the speaker before able to place order) Just to be told... sorry we won't give you the advertised price because it was too late. I went in last month to purchase a Cappuccino Blast. There was a sign right next to the intercom stating the medium Blast was... $5. It was my mistake for not checking what I was charged because when I checked my receipt it said I was charged $6 and somechange. I called the manager & told her about the incident. While she was polite, but she was incompetent because she said shewould take the sign down because it was a mistake. She said I could bring in my receipt but that she was sorry. I did not wantto return for the $1 they overcharged me for. I figured she would take the sign down but when I went back the next day the signwas still up. I ordered a Blast again & they said they were not on sale. When I asked why the sign was still up, she said themanager didn't see a sign!. It was not stuck to their grass it was by the intercom! How many brains does it take to figure outthat the sign was still up? Sign was literally 2 feet further down. RIDICULOUS!!! I'll never come back to this Dunkin especiallybecause they genuinely are incompetent employees. I deleted the app. Read more
Had a bad day and wanted some icecream to make it better ...it worked. This location in Indiana has great employees who smile... and speak wonderful English. I bypass the location on 87th Stony Island in Chicago and drive all the way to Indiana - yesanother state just to get great customer service!! ...and fresh product!! Read more
I really enjoy the latte, reminds me of coffee in Europe. However, don't leave until you check to make sure your order is... complete. My coffee was completely wrong and the girl told me, it's fine just drink it. I was caught off guard. Read more
