Am broke, and found the 2 for $2.00 sausage biscuits which I like. Great Customer Service as well from 2 different individuals.
They take forever to give you your food. They don?t have enough people working because they like to save $$$ on salaries. The... workers have express this to me. I never get what I paid for. I paid for someone else's meal. Paid way too much for a double cheeseburger and Fry. Couldn't even... put the burger together right. I'm sure nobody's going to read this and make it right. I'm sure if they had to refund the moneyevery time they screwed up on the order it would probably be right once in awhile. Probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in. 4 if not 5 people working on a Thursday night and still had to wait,... in the lobby, for almost 15 minutes for food. Slowest moving workers I've ever seen and shockingly, nothing was made right.Fries weren't cooked all the way, chicken sandwich had no mayo, when it was ordered with mayo only, mcdouble looks like some onewas having a seizure while making it. Make sure to check your food before you leave. Seems like the employees are having a bad day maybe overworked or something... because they had attitude for me telling them food was missing and to show them my receipt like I was going to steal a fry. Hadto then show them my phone to show them there was indeed a fry missing. Their comment was it's a glitch in the system. Well Ithink you should know all meals come with a fry and drink and not say that's only some meals. And try to act like you arecorrect. You should really train your employees to be nicer to people or hire different people. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Read more
Always something wrong at this location. Closing 20 minutes early than advertised, bad customer service and relations, order... mistakes n you name it. It's really hard for me to give a bad review but gosh they deserve it Read more
If I could give this a no star review I would. The customer service is extremely rude. It doesn't surprise me since the... manager is the ring leader of the group and she was no prize her self. She needs an attitude adjustment and needs to go back toMcDonalds university and learn how to treat customers. If you happen to get the chubby cashier named Xavier be prepared to beentertained by his lack of people skills as well as unable to work a register. This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever everseen.
