10-19-22 noon update: My 1st review (see below) was a 5-star visit. Today, however, was a 180° cluster-bomb! From the gruff... greeting at the drive-up microphone, to the death-rays jetting out of the pick-up window, to finishing up with the handing overof what I THINK started out as a hamburger but became a burger-bowl once it was, literally, crammed into its box, I was stunned. The NEW female manager must be absorbing Meghan Markle's brand of warmth & service, and it belongs in a third-world slave shop- not here at our White Castle! The crew seemed diminished, BECAUSE of or in ADDITION to her. I DO hope that she drowns in herown angst & moves on with her baggage, sooner than later. 08-12-22: On-call Crave satisfaction! I’m shocked more reviews don’t mention the customer service! I haven’t seen customer service this good in ages. Makes you... want to come there all the time even though it’s fast food. The staff is polite, fast and amazing! Doing an excellent job. Read more
You can tell the people that work at this white castle really care. My daughter and I are only a short walk away , so we... frequent this place and dine in. Ashley is the best manager, the staff keeps the place clean and always makes you feel more thanwelcome. We LOVE coming here. Read more

This White Castle has pretty great customer service in my few encounters with it. My kiddos love the waffles or mozzarella... sticks and fried from time to time. They greet you properly again when you get to the window. They clearly do well to check yourorder. I’ve noticed that they are very consistent with how well the service is and that’s a huge plus in my book for a fastfood chain. The manager is very engaged and I noted that twice on two separate occasions. The only very small gripe I have isthat they don’t consistently add salt to your fries but I’m starting to think that may be something they’re implementingfor health and safety purposes or are they just trying to save salt lol I don’t know but 4 stars for this White Castle becauseof their great service, they handle orders very well, they are literally living up to their fast food purpose. Location is a bitannoying as far as entering and exiting but they make up for lack in customer service and serving that food nice well cooked andfast. I had ordered a 30 case from here. As i was eatting this wood stick poke the inside of my mouth. I immediately contacted them... and they told me that it can be the bamboo stick they used on the onion. I understand things happened but practice here is verydangerous. if you want to worry about things been in your food I advise you not to eat here. Read more
They're doing the best that they can, but it's the oldest operating and last porcelain clad White Castle in the system. Hard to... work in such a cramped space. Manager and most employees are super friendly. Food is well, White Castle. Some good, some not sogood. Read more
Place was dirty and they forgot about our order. Waited for 25 for our food without any I'm sorry or some kind of compensation.... Usually better. Stuff wasn't even hot. Read more
