I would come back here for the food alone, but the staff that was in last night is mainly my reason for review. It was my first... time here with my family including my 1.5 year old. Josh was very friendly and explained how to order, made recommendations, andwas extremely patient with us! The staff at Dickey\'s is super friendly and helpful. The food sizes are generous and the quality of the food is amazing. We\'ve... dinned in as well as used their catering service and we can\'t recommend them more. The price of the meals is extremelyreasonable with the generous portion sizes. You will leave this place happy and full. We had them cater our son\'s birthdayparty and their setup and clean up crew were just wonderful. This was the second time I ordered. The first time we ordered a family pack and everything was amazing. Tonight I ordered food... for my kids birthday party via a delivery app and the order did not arrive on time nor was the order correct. I called thestore and the owner personally brought us what was missing plus some extra treats for the party. Call directly. Skip the app.Delivery is free. Yes, the food was delicious! I thought after being open for A few months the service would get better but it hasn\'t. The ordering process is absolutely... ridiculous. I understand you run out of stuff because you\'re busy but you need to serve quality food to your customers. Yourbrisket is always dried out your ribs were very fatty tonight and we asked for dry rub and they had sauce on them.. I\'m happythat you\'re now serving corn bread but it was so hard we couldn\'t eat it maybe a suggestion is to take it off the heat lamp .The price I paid does not equal the service or the food quality I\'m so sorry I was really hoping things would change Read more
Went there for lunch and I was not impressed. We ordered burnt pork ends but they ran out (it was 12:30) switched orders to... pulled pork and brisket. The food was not hot, bread was stale and had a cheap margarine spread on it . I had to get it thefood reheated. Portions where small compared to other BBQ resturants. It was tasty but I\'ve had lots better locally\nI gavethem 3 stars due to this being a new location and they are suffering growing pains. Read more
